Conor Flynn, an experienced trial attorney, has extensive experience in federal and state courts. Mr. Flynn has the compassion, strategic thinking, and experience to provide zealous and effective representation no matter how high the stakes.

Mr. Flynn has represented thousands of clients in all phases of the litigation process, from pre-suit investigations, filing of motions to compel production of evidence, taking and defending depositions, to trial itself.

Mr. Flynn is a graduate of Tufts University and the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. Flynn externed with then-Chief Justice Jorge Labarga of the Florida Supreme Court in 2018.

Prior to joining Morgan and Morgan, Mr. Flynn advocated for first responders in employment and contractual disputes, fought for the rights of public educators, and provided criminal defense in high stakes matters. Mr. Flynn is particularly proud of his contributions toward a landmark preliminary injunction securing the free speech rights of University of Florida professors, which was covered extensively by domestic and international media.

Mr. Flynn has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Florida Super Lawyers magazine - an annual publication that recognizes the top 2.5% of the state's young lawyers. Mr. Flynn has also been recognized by “The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch,” a recognition awarded by Best Lawyers to lawyers for their outstanding professional excellence.

Mr. Flynn is a member of the Florida Bar and has been admitted to the Northern District Court of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Conor joined Morgan and Morgan's product safety team in 2024.
