Biography Overview
Brittany Bachus is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is an Air Force Veteran and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Kennesaw State University, her Divinity degree from Yale, and her Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law.
While in law school, Attorney Bachus honed her legal skills at the United States Attorney’s Office- Eastern District of New York, the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, and for much of her law school tenure, working on plaintiff’s labor and employment discrimination matters with a Manhattan firm.
Upon graduation, she passed the New York Bar Exam, and then relocated to Georgia. While awaiting taking the Georgia Bar Exam, Attorney Bachus worked in insurance defense, defending insurance companies and corporations in labor and employment matters, association law, premises and products liability, and even assisted on a piercing the corporate veil matter. After her Georgia bar passage, she worked for the Office of the Fulton County Solicitor General, prosecuting various criminal matters.
Attorney Bachus now uses her wealth legal knowledge of both plaintiffs and defense work, as well as her complex litigation and negotiation skills, to bring about the best results for her clients. She has a strong affinity to fight for justice and help people that have affected by unjust systems.
In her personal life, Attorney Bachus enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, dining, the arts, and practicing various forms of artistic movement. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and a minister and spends a great deal of her time serving the community through her church.
