Brian S. Sandor was raised in Orlando, Florida having graduated from Winter Park High School with Honors and the University of Central Florida with Honors. Upon graduating from UCF, he attended Michigan State University College of Law. While attending Michigan State, he competed in appellate moot court competitions and was crowned best oral advocate at the 29th Annual John Marshall Law School International Moot Court Competition in Information Technology and Privacy Law.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Sandor worked for the Office of the State Attorney for the 5th Judicial Circuit. As an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Sandor handled the prosecution of a wide range of crimes from driving under the influence to drug sales. During his time with the State, Mr. Sandor, as a first chair attorney, successfully tried 14 cases to a jury verdict, winning them all. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Sandor was a trial attorney for a large criminal defense firm in Orlando defending people accused of misdemeanors to life felonies gaining even more trial experience. To date, Mr. Sandor has over 25 jury trials to verdict as a first chair and over 40 trials overall.
