Benjamin Kaufman

Biography Overview

Benjamin Kaufman is a home-grown Morgan & Morgan attorney. Hailing from South Florida, Mr. Kaufman relocated to Orlando in 2014, where he earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. In 2022, Mr. Kaufman graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Florida A&M University College of Law (“FAMU”) and was admitted to the Florida Bar that fall. In law school he also served as the Executive Editor of the FAMU Law Review, a prestigious academic organization.

Mr. Kaufman has a passion for personal injury law. Fresh out of law school, Mr. Kaufman joined Morgan & Morgan’s pre-suit attorney team. There, Mr. Kaufman represents and counsels personal injury clients during the beginning stages of their cases, working to amicably settle claims or transition them into litigation. Prior to working as an attorney, he spent eight (8) years working with Morgan & Morgan’s new case department. Throughout law school, Mr. Kaufman balanced work and academia in pursuit of his dream of serving the people.

When he is not practicing law or spending time with his friends and family, you can find Mr. Kaufman playing electric guitar, lifting weights, or enjoying Florida’s beautiful coastline.
