Aaron Van Buskirk's journey into the legal field is marked by diverse experiences and a dedication to advocating for his clients' rights. Born in Martha's Vineyard and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Aaron's academic pursuits led him to Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he laid a strong foundation in legal studies. His quest for legal knowledge continued as he relocated to Boston to attend Northeastern Law School, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2012.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Aaron's professional path included significant roles that shaped his expertise. He served as a hearing officer/investigator for the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, gaining valuable insights into labor relations and administrative processes. Subsequently, Aaron delved into management-side labor and employment law, honing his advocacy skills at a Boston-area firm. His tenure at a New York-based firm further broadened his experience, where he managed numerous cases representing debtors in disputes against creditors and debt collectors. Now, as a member of Morgan & Morgan, Aaron is enthusiastic about leveraging his diverse background to assist clients in need, particularly in personal injury claims and lawsuits, where his dedication to fighting for justice shines through. His bar admissions in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of New Hampshire, and the Federal District of Massachusetts highlight his legal standing and commitment to serving clients in Medford, MA, and Bedford, NH, with integrity and diligence.
