Drunk Elephant Cleansers and Creams

Drunk Elephant is recalling some cleansers and creams due to an ingredient mix-up that could cause adverse skin reactions. Recalled products include the brand’s Beste No. 9 Jelly Cleanser, Protini Polypeptide Cream, and Lala Retro Whipped Cream.

 

Tom’s of Maine Toothpaste

Tom’s of Maine’s toothpaste is under scrutiny by the FDA, which issued a warning about multiple types of bacteria and "a black mold-like substance" found in a manufacturing facility. A recent inspection of a Tom's of Maine facility found "significant violations" that included different types of bacteria detected in the water and the company's toothpaste, as well as a "black mold-like substance" located behind a water storage tank. A recall may be issued.

 

South Shore Cribs

South Shore has recalled its baby cribs due to an entrapment hazard. The spacing between some of the crib’s slats is wider than allowed under the federal safety standard.

 

Nerf Barrage Bicycle Helmets

Todson is recalling all Nerf Barrage Bicycle Helmets due to a Risk of head injury. The helmets can fail to protect the wearer in the event of a crash.

 

Dorel Wall Beds

Dorel Home Furnishings has recalled its Dorel Wall Beds due to serious impact and crush hazards. The wall beds can detach from the wall and fall onto those nearby.

 

Segway Ninebot P100 KickScooters

Segway is recalling its Segway Ninebot P100 KickScooters due to fall and injury hazards. The front fork of the recalled KickScooters can break.
