Teleflex/Arrow International FiberOptix and UltraFlex Intra-aortic Balloon Pump

Teleflex/Arrow International has recalled its FiberOptix and UltraFlex intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) catheter kits. A manufacturing error may cause the catheter’s balloon to become over-twisted, which may prevent the balloon from fully inflating, cause blood to back up in the tubing, allow helium to leak, and lead to catheter damage or insertion difficulty during use.

 

Babboe B.V. Cargo Bicycles

Babboe B.V. Cargo bicycles have been recalled due to a fall hazard. The frames can crack and can bend and break.

 

JoyJolt™ Declan Glass Coffee Mugs

MM Products is recalling JoyJolt™ Declan Glass Coffee Mugs due to burn and laceration hazards. The glass mugs can break and crack when filled with hot liquids.

 

myCharge POWER HUB All-In-One Portable Chargers 

myCharge is recalling all POWER HUB All-In-One Portable Chargers due to fire and burn hazards. The chargers sold exclusively at Costco can overheat while charging.

 

2024 Toyota Grand Highlander and 2024 Lexus TX mid-size SUVs

The 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander and 2024 Lexus TX mid-size SUVs are being recalled over a potential airbag issue. The curtain shield airbag might not properly deploy during a crash.
