Medline Bed Assist Bar adult portable bed rails

Medline Industries has recalled about 1.5 million of the Bed Assist Bar adult bed rails after being linked to the suffocation deaths of two elderly people. The bed rails pose a risk of entrapment and asphyxia.

 

Toyota Tundra Trucks and Lexus LX600 SUVs

Toyota will recall 100,000 of the  2022-2023 model year Tundra pickup trucks and Lexus LX600 SUVs equipped with the V35A six-cylinder engine because of debris in the engine that can potentially cause it to stall. The vehicles, equipped with the Japanese automaker's V35A six-cylinder engine, contain debris from the manufacturing process that may contaminate the engine and cause the main bearings to fail, which can result in an engine stall and loss of drive power.

 

Henan Ouchang Trading and Xinxiang Junshun Trading’s Crib Bumpers

Henan Ouchang Trading and Xinxiang Junshun Trading’s Crib Bumpers are being recalled by retailer AliExpress due to a suffocation hazard. Infants can suffocate if they roll or move on the crib bumper in a position that obstructs breathing. Padded crib bumpers are banned under federal law.

Once Upon a Farm PBC of Berkeley, CA, is recalling Once Upon a Farm Organic Plant-Rich Meal, Curried Carrots & Beans because of potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
