[Atlanta, GA] – Morgan & Morgan, America’s largest injury law firm, is proud to announce Austin Hollimon has joined the firm as part of the firm’s newly announced strategic partnership with Brodhead Law. In his new role, Austin will focus exclusively on securing justice for families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases across the country.

In early March 2026, Morgan & Morgan and Brodhead Law launched a strategic alliance in which Ben Brodhead will lead an elite national trial team focused on catastrophic injury and wrongful death, expanding the ability of both firms to deliver justice for families across the country.

“We’re excited to bring Austin on board during this period of rapid national expansion,” said Morgan & Morgan founder John Morgan. “Cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths require a heavyweight litigator who truly believes in fighting ‘For The People.’ Austin is that fighter, and his talent will be a massive asset to our team and our clients.”

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Austin was with Bondurant Mixson & Elmore LLP, where he successfully briefed and argued in the Georgia Court of Appeals securing a reversal of the trial court decision. He also served as counsel for the City of Atlanta and helped international corporations navigate complex commercial disputes.

“I’m thrilled for this new chapter of my career to help expand Morgan & Morgan’s catastrophic injury and wrongful death practice,” said Austin Hollimon. “After experiencing the profound impact of securing justice for a family who has lost a loved one due to negligence, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to helping individuals navigate their most difficult moments. I’m ready to bring my experience and dedication to ensuring our clients have the strongest possible voice in courtrooms across the country.”

Austin received his juris doctor from Howard University School of Law with Honors in 2023. He earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton, where he was an NCAA Champion in Track and Field and competed in the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials.

In addition to his litigation practice, Austin serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Vanderbilt University, where he teaches Contracts and Torts. He also has an active pro-bono practice, helping clients successfully navigate housing disputes.
