A whistleblower who alleges she was fired by Monogram Health after objecting to alleged unfair and deceptive trade practices has filed a retaliation lawsuit against the home healthcare company.

Plaintiff Sabrina Singh started working for Monogram Health, a home healthcare company based in Brentwood, TN that provides home healthcare services to people across the country, in May 2024 as a Market Manager. Ms. Singh alleges that she was terminated in November 2025 after objecting to Monogram Health’s hospital visitation practices. The complaint alleges retaliation in violation of the Florida Private Whistleblower Act, as well as the Family and Medical Leave Act.

A statement follows from Morgan & Morgan founder John Morgan and attorneys Bryan Arbeit and Jeremy Stephens:

“Employers have a responsibility to take concerns raised by their employees seriously. Instead, our client alleges that Monogram Health terminated her soon after she objected to certain hospital visitation practices. Silencing and retaliating against a whistleblower is not just wrong, it’s illegal.”
