  • Financial information

TriZetto Provider Solutions

TriZetto Provider Solutions suffered a data breach on October 2, 2025, when it discovered unauthorized access to its IT environment, exposing the protected health information of at least 3,433,965 individuals. The impacted data included protected health information such as:

Clarinda Regional Health Center suffered a data breach on December 15, 2026, when suspicious activity was identified within its computer network. The cybersecurity incident exposed the sensitive data of 24,341 individuals, including:

  • Health insurance information
  • Financial account numbers

  • Taxpayer identification numbers

RCI Hospitality

RCI Hospitality suffered a data breach on March 23, 2026, due to IDOR vulnerabilities. RCI confirmed that the information of “numerous” independent contractors was exposed, including:
