Morgan & Morgan has been retained by the widow of a man who was tragically killed in Sunday’s devastating plane crash at Miami International Airport. A lawsuit will be filed shortly.

The man was among the five people who were killed in an SUV when an Amazon-branded cargo plane overran the runway on Sunday and struck the vehicle.

A statement follows from Morgan & Morgan founder John Morgan and attorney Jorge Garcia:

“Our hearts go out to our client and her family, as well as all those who were impacted by what we believe was an entirely preventable tragedy. No one should lose their loved one this way, and we will pursue every possible avenue of justice for this family. Everyone who played a role in this horrific crash will be held accountable.”
