Prominent Miami plastic surgeon faces multiple lawsuits from patients alleging botched surgeries

[Miami, FL] – Morgan & Morgan, America’s largest personal injury firm, announced the filing of three new medical malpractice lawsuits against Dr. Leonard "Lenny" Hochstein, a former recurring cast member of The Real Housewives of Miami fame. The complaints allege that Dr. Hochstein failed to provide the applicable standard of medical care and treatment, allegedly resulting in injuries to three patients who sought his care for cosmetic surgery.

 “These women trusted Dr. Hochstein with their health and their bodies,” said Morgan & Morgan founder John Morgan and attorney Jack Cook. “Our clients deserve accountability, and we will fight to ensure they receive justice.”

Morgan & Morgan represents several patients who allege medical malpractice by Dr. Hochstein. In June 2025, the firm filed a lawsuit on behalf of a patient who allegedly suffered complications following a 2022 cosmetic surgery. 

The complaints are attached and have been filed in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, in and for Miami-Dade County, FL.
