Morgan & Morgan Appoints Former Amazon Senior Tech Leader as Chief AI Officer

[Irvine, CA] – Morgan & Morgan, America’s largest injury law firm, today announced that Kaushik Chakraborti has joined the firm as its first Chief AI Officer based in the firm's Irvine, CA office. In this pivotal new role, Chakraborti will spearhead the firm’s AI strategy, focusing on using cutting-edge technology to optimize operations, drive revenue growth, and significantly enhance the client experience.

Chakraborti brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling global technology organizations across digital commerce, insurance, healthcare, and financial services. He most recently spent over a decade at Amazon in senior engineering leadership roles, where he integrated agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into workflows and played a key role in launching Alexa+, Amazon's redesigned intelligent assistant. He holds an MBA in Information Systems from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Jadavpur University.
