ByHeart Infant Formula

Nara Organics recalled its ByHeart infant formula due to a potential health risk for babies. Reports tied the recall to concerns about infant botulism, creating a serious safety issue for families using the product.

Aston Martin Valkyrie Hypercars

Aston Martin is recalling certain Valkyrie hypercars due to a fire risk. The rear braking system can create dangerous heat buildup under certain conditions.

Duloxetine Delayed-Release Capsules

Breckenridge Pharmaceuticals is recalling both the 30mg and 60mg versions of duloxetine delayed-release capsules (a generic form of the brand-name drug Cymbalta) due to elevated levels of a chemical impurity. The recalled antidepressant may contain levels of a potential carcinogen above the recommended limit.

Volvo and Mack Semi Trucks

Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks North America are recalling certain model year 2026 and 2027 trucks due to an increased risk of a crash. The wheel lug nuts may loosen and allow the wheel to detach. 

2012–2018 Ford Focus Vehicles

Ford is recalling more than 255,000 of its 2012–2018 Focus vehicles due to an increased risk of a crash. A software issue may cause the engine to stall unexpectedly.

2018–2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra Trucks

General Motors is recalling certain 2018–2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks due to an increased risk of injury in a crash. A defect in the roof rail airbag inflators may cause the end caps to detach or the inflator sidewall to rupture.

Beekeeper’s Naturals Saline Nasal Spray

Beekeeper’s Naturals has recalled its saline nasal spray due to possible microbial contamination. Lot #5950, with an expiration date of February 2028, tested above acceptable microbiological limits for yeast and may contain Aspergillus spp. The contamination could cause serious or life-threatening infections, such as invasive sinusitis and lung infections.

2018–2024 Ford Expedition SUVs

Ford is recalling certain 2018–2024 Expedition SUVs due to an injury hazard tied to the center console area. Reports say a sharp edge can create a risk of cuts or other injuries.

CooCooBaby Baby Loungers

CooCooBaby has recalled its baby loungers due to suffocation and fall hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The sides are shorter than the minimum side height limit to secure the infant; the sleeping pad’s thickness exceeds the maximum limit; and an infant could fall out of an enclosed opening at the foot of the lounger or become entrapped. 

Pyro Diablo and Diablo Rising Fireworks

Bada Boom Fireworks has recalled its Pyro Diablo and Diablo Rising fireworks due to explosion and burn hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The products have a pyrotechnic composition that exceeds the federal limit.

Veseacky Pajama Sets

Veseacky has recalled its pajama sets due to a burn hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled sleepwear violates the mandatory standard for children’s sleepwear.

BABESIDE Doll and Stroller Children’s Toys

HYBDOLLS has recalled its BABESIDE doll and stroller children’s toys due to a choking hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The products violate the small parts ban.

Michley Children’s Pajamas

SHEIN Distribution Corporation has recalled its Michley children’s pajamas due to a burn hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled garments violate mandatory standards for children’s sleepwear.

GOPO Pull-String Teething Toys

GOPO Toys has recalled its pull-string teething toys due to a choking hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The silicone strings are smaller and longer than permitted, and the strings can reach the back of children’s throats and become lodged.

Arizer Solo III Portable Vaporizers

Arizer has recalled its Solo III portable vaporizers due to fire and burn hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The internal lithium-ion battery can explode or ignite.

Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapters for Strollers

Joolz has recalled its Aer2 car seat adapters for strollers due to a fall hazard and a risk of serious injury. The recalled car seat adapters can fail to properly attach to the stroller, which may allow the car seat to fall.

Spa Drain Covers

Arrogantf is recalling its spa drain covers sold on Amazon due to entrapment and drowning hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The recall also states that the products violate the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act.

2018 Ford F-150 Trucks

Ford is recalling 10,742 model year 2018 F-150 trucks due to an increased risk of a crash. Quickly shifting from Park to Drive could cause the instrument cluster to lose gear indication and momentarily select an unintended gear, such as Reverse or Neutral. This could cause the vehicle to move unexpectedly.

2015–2018 Ford Focus and 2013–2016 Ford Fusion Vehicles

Ford is recalling certain 2015–2018 Focus and 2013–2016 Fusion vehicles due to a fire hazard. The clutch may fracture, damaging the transmission assembly and potentially causing a transmission fluid leak. If fluid contacts hot engine or exhaust components, it could ignite.

Blood Pressure Medication

Inventia Healthcare Limited and Rising Pharma Holdings, Inc. have recalled 11,460 bottles of 25 mg Chlorthalidone Tablets due to health risks. The recalled bottles failed dissolution specifications and may not work properly, creating serious treatment concerns for patients.
