2026 Crosstrek Hybrid vehicles, 2025–2026 Forester Hybrid and Forester vehicles, and 2019–2026 Ascent Vehicles
Subaru is recalling more than 541,000 of its 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid vehicles, 2025–2026 Forester Hybrid and Forester vehicles, and 2019–2026 Ascent vehicles due to an increased risk of a crash. Their certification labels contain an incorrect gross axle weight rating. The error could lead owners to overload the vehicles.
Certain BMW Vehicles
BMW is recalling more than 29,000 vehicles, including the 530e xDrive, 740Le xDrive, and a selection of BMW's iPerformance vehicles due to an engine fire risk. A faulty starter relay can corrode, short-circuit, and overheat.
2023–2024 Hyundai IONIQ 5 Vehicles
Hyundai is recalling certain 2023–2024 IONIQ 5 vehicles due to an increased risk of a fire. The high-voltage batteries may contain cells with misaligned electrodes, which could cause an internal short circuit.
Currey & Company Nottaway Chandeliers
Currey & Company has recalled its Nottaway Chandeliers due to an electrocution hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled chandeliers lack proper electrical grounding.
SDADI Children’s Kitchen Step Stools
Yiwushi Bihe Trading has recalled its SDADI Kitchen Step Stools due to entrapment and fall hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled tower stools can collapse or tip over while in use, and a child’s torso can fit through the openings on the front and back sides.
Cat & Jack Children’s Sandals
Target has recalled certain Cat & Jack children’s sandals due to a choking hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The sandals’ decorative pearls can fall off.
Oitnlaughter Projecting Finger Light Toys
Oitnlaughter Projecting Finger Light Toys have been recalled due to a battery ingestion hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The products violate the mandatory federal standard for toys.
Wade Logan Annyka 9-Drawer Fabric Dressers
Wade Logan Annyka 9-Drawer Fabric Dressers have been recalled due to tip-over and entrapment hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall.
Flashgitz Relic Lunch Boxes
Warren James has recalled the copper cups included with Flashgitz Relic Lunch Boxes due to a lead-poisoning hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The cup in the lunch boxes contains high lead concentration levels for drinking vessels.
Madewell Women’s Sweaters
Madewell has recalled certain women’s sweaters due to a burn hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The garments violate the mandatory flammability standard for clothing textiles.
MNIENT Adult Portable Bed Rails
MNIENT Adult Portable Bed Rails have been recalled due to entrapment and asphyxiation hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. Users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress, and the bed rails do not meet structural stability or retention strap requirements.
Boon PIVOT Collapsible Toddler Tower Kitchen Step Stools
TOMY has recalled its Boon PIVOT Collapsible Toddler Tower Kitchen Step Stools due to tip-over and fall hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled toddler towers can tip over while in use.

Liizousuda Paint Thinner Bottles have been recalled due to a child-poisoning hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The bottles violate mandatory child-resistant packaging requirements.
Husqvarna and GasGas Motorcycles
KTM North America is recalling certain 2022–2024 Husqvarna FE 501 S and FE 350 S motorcycles and 2024 GasGas ES 500 and ES 350 motorcycles due to a rear brake caliper defect. The caliper or its bracket can crack or break without warning, increasing the risk of a crash and injury.
2026 Toyota Grand Highlander and Lexus TX Vehicles
Toyota is recalling certain 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander and Lexus TX vehicles because a rear axle support may break, potentially affecting the vehicle’s rear stability and increasing the risk of a crash.
