Daniel Iracki joins Morgan & Morgan as National Trial Partner

One of the Nation's Most Accomplished Trial Lawyers Brings Distinguished Courtroom Record to America's Largest Injury Firm

[Jacksonville, FL] – Morgan & Morgan, America’s largest injury law firm, announced today that Daniel Iracki, widely regarded as one of the most gifted trial lawyers of his generation, will join the firm as a National Trial Partner, focusing on personal injury litigation. He will be based in the firm’s Jacksonville office and will try significant personal injury cases for Morgan & Morgan throughout Florida and across the country.

The addition of Daniel represents a significant expansion of Morgan & Morgan’s national trial capabilities and brings to the firm a lawyer whose courtroom record places him among the elite trial attorneys practicing today.

With more than 100 civil jury trials to his name, over 24 multi-million-dollar verdicts, and more than $150 million in combined judgments and verdicts, Daniel brings a trial record that few attorneys in the country can match. In 2022 alone, he delivered three separate eight-figure verdicts — $11 million, $14.4 million, and $14.6 million — in a matter of months, a feat that speaks not just to his skill, but to his relentless pace and consistency in the courtroom.

Before entering private practice, Daniel clerked for the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps at Fort McPherson and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida. He also served as a legal advisor for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, is trained in law enforcement, and spent five years as a volunteer firefighter in Pittsburgh, PA.

Daniel's reputation in the courtroom has earned him entry into the most elite ranks of the legal profession. In 2018, Daniel was invited into fellowship in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL), one of the most exclusive legal organizations in the world, limiting its U.S. membership to just 500 lawyers, representing less than one-tenth of one percent of all practicing attorneys in the country. He is the youngest Fellow from Florida and the second youngest in the nation to receive this honor. In 2024, he was further recognized with an invitation into fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), another invitation-only body reserved for those who have demonstrated mastery of advocacy and the highest standards of professional conduct.

Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in political science from Duquesne University, where he played middle linebacker on their NCAA Division I-AA football team, winning the NCAA Division I-AA Mid-Major National Football Championship in 2003. In February 2026, he was inducted into the Duquesne University Football Athletic Hall of Fame. He received his juris doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law.

He currently serves on the Florida Bar's Civil Trial Certification Committee, the Florida Bar's Trial Lawyers' Section Executive Council, and the IATL's International Relations Committee, Admissions Committee, Board of Directors, and Executive Counsel. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
