Certain Jeep and Dodge Vehicles

Stellantis is recalling certain Jeep and Dodge vehicles due to an increased risk of a crash. A faulty instrument display panel may fail to display gear selection, warning lights, and other critical safety information.

Toyota RAV4 Vehicles

Toyota is recalling certain RAV4 vehicles due to a safety issue that can increase the risk of injury. Improperly welded seat brackets may cause the seat to detach during a crash.

2025–2026 Volkswagen Taos SUVs

Volkswagen is recalling 38,710 Taos SUVs because a fuel pressure sensor wiring harness may be too short, which can lead to a fuel leak in a severe rear-end collision. Volkswagen said the issue affects certain 2025 and 2026 models.

Sertraline 100 mg Tablets

A batch of sertraline 100 mg tablets has been recalled after a packaging error caused one blister strip of a different drug, citalopram 40 mg, to be placed inside a sealed carton. The MHRA said the affected batch should be quarantined and returned immediately.

Kia Carnival Vehicles

Kia America is recalling 141,032 Carnival vehicles because a fuel leak can occur at the connection between the fuel pipe and fuel rail, increasing the risk of injury.

2009–2010 Nissan Cube Vehicles

Nissan is recalling 47,928 Cube vehicles because the air bag inflator may detach from the steering wheel during deployment and strike the driver or passengers, increasing the risk of injury.

Bolton Medical has recalled its Relay Pro Thoracic Stent Graft System after three patient deaths were linked to a delivery-system failure that can prevent the graft from releasing properly during a procedure.

DGIVOVO has recalled its pressure washers due to serious shock and electrocution hazards and a risk of injury or death. The recalled pressure washers lack an integral ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI).

UHOMEPRO 5-Drawer Dressers

UHOMEPRO has recalled its 5-drawer dressers due to tip-over and entrapment hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall.

Hepo Care Adult Portable Bed Rails

Hepo Care has recalled its adult portable bed rails due to entrapment and asphyxiation hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. Users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. Plus, the bed rails also do not meet structural stability or retention strap requirements, and the bed rails’ push pins and push pin holes are incorrectly sized.

Malker has recalled its bicycle light sets due to a battery ingestion hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. They contain button cell batteries that can be accessed easily by children.

Thermos Stainless King Food Jars and Bottles

Thermos has recalled 8.2 million Stainless King food jars and bottles due to impact injury and laceration hazards. If perishable food or beverages are stored in the container for an extended period of time, the stopper can forcefully eject when opened.

CBC Group has recalled its Stephan Baby Boo Bunnie and Friends children’s toys due to choking and laceration hazards and a risk of serious injury. The toys’ plastic cubes can break into small parts or have sharp edges.

Qumeney has recalled its bicycle light sets due to a battery ingestion hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. They contain button cell batteries that can be accessed easily by children.

Afrin Original Nasal Spray 6 mL Bottles

Bayer has recalled 6 mL bottles of Afrin Original Nasal Spray due to a child-poisoning risk tied to packaging that violates child-resistant standards.

Alliance Chemical 1-K Kerosene Heater Fluid Containers

Alliance Chemical has recalled its 1-K kerosene heater fluid containers due to flash-fire, burn, and child-poisoning hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The pre-filled fuel containers lack flame mitigation devices, and the containers are not child-resistant.

SEGMART 4-Drawer Dressers

SEGMART has recalled its 4-drawer dressers due to tip-over and entrapment hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall.
