World Bright International Limited has recalled its Agio Menlo Woven Patio Swings due to a fall hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The swing seat can detach from the frame while in use.

Petzl ASTRO BOD FAST, ASTRO SIT FAST, and CANYON GUIDE Harnesses

Petzl America has recalled its ASTRO BOD FAST, ASTRO SIT FAST, and CANYON GUIDE harnesses due to a fall hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled harness’ D-ring can release, allowing the attachment point to open.

Zwilling Electric Water Kettles

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels has recalled its electric water kettles due to a burn hazard and a risk of serious injury.The kettle’s handle can loosen and separate from the kettle, causing hot contents to spill.

Petzl SIMBA and SWAN EASYFIT Harnesses

Petzl America has recalled its SIMBA and SWAN EASYFIT harnesses due to a fall hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled harnesses are missing rivets in the FAST LT PIN-LOCK buckles, causing the buckles to open.

Superbobi Pool Drain Covers

Superbobi pool drain covers have been recalled due to entrapment and drowning hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The product violates the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act.

Lithium Coin Batteries Sold by LiCB

LiCB has recalled its lithium coin batteries due to a battery ingestion hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled coin batteries are not in child-resistant packaging.

Generac and DR Power Electric-Start Pressure Washers

Generac Power Systems has expanded its recall of Generac and DR Power electric-start pressure washers due to a carbon monoxide hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The expanded recall includes additional models.

Bardon Series Pendant Light Fixtures

Minka Lighting Group has recalled its Bardon Series Pendant Light Fixtures due to an impact hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled light fixture’s frame can detach from the pendant downrod during installation.

Cosyland Children’s Tower Stools

Cosyland has recalled its Children’s Tower Stools due to entrapment and fall hazards and a risk of serious injury or death.The recalled tower stools can collapse or tip over while in use, and a child’s torso can fit through the openings on the front and back sides.

Can-Am All-Terrain Vehicles

BRP has recalled certain Can-Am all-terrain vehicles due to a crash hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The ATV’s speed limiter control can malfunction, causing unexpected speed and acceleration.

Eczema Cream

An eczema cream has been recalled over the risk of a potentially life-threatening staph infection. It was found to be contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus.

Certain Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac Vehicles

General Motors is recalling certain Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac vehicles after a missing part was found that could cause the wheels to lock, increasing the risk of a crash.

2019–2023 Jeep Cherokee vehicles

FCA is recalling certain 2019–2023 Jeep Cherokee vehicles due to a safety issue that can increase the risk of a crash. A failed power transfer unit may result in a loss of drive power or vehicle rollaway.

Heart Medication

A heart medication, Metoprolol Succinate Extended-Release Tablets, USP, 25 milligrams, has been recalled due to a safety issue affecting the product. The FDA listed “failed dissolution failure” as the reason for the recall.
