2024–2026 Volkswagen Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport SUVs

Volkswagen has recalled certain 2024–2026 Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport SUVs due to an increased risk of a crash. An electrical issue may prevent the rearview camera image from displaying.

Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets

Certain levothyroxine sodium tablets distributed by Major Pharmaceuticals have been recalled because they may be subpotent and may not provide the intended dose to patients being treated for thyroid conditions.

2021–2026 Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor SUVs

Ford has recalled more than 565,000 Bronco and Bronco Raptor SUVs due to a risk of a fire. Damaged engine-compartment wiring may short-circuit.

Rohto Cooling Eye Drops

More than 12 million bottles of Rohto Cooling Eye Drops have been recalled due to a lack of assurance of sterility, which could expose users to potentially contaminated products.

Medtronic EOPA Arterial Cannulae

Medtronic has recalled certain EOPA arterial cannulae because small pinhole leaks may develop in the devices during cardiopulmonary bypass procedures, potentially causing blood loss and other serious complications.

Galanz Americas has recalled its retro refrigerators due to fire and burn hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled refrigerators’ internal electrical components can short-circuit and ignite. One death has been reported.

Jake’s Fireworks has recalled its World Class Fireworks Skull Strobe Rockets due to explosion and burn hazards and a risk of serious injury. The recalled fireworks rockets can explode prematurely before reaching their intended height.

Trsmima Zipline Kits and Spring Brakes

Trsmima has recalled its zipline kits and zipline spring brakes due to fall and collision hazards. The zipline kit’s steel cable, turnbuckle, and seat can detach or break during use.

HARPPA Nordi Toddler Tower Stools

HARPPA has recalled its Nordi Toddler Tower Stools due to entrapment and fall hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled tower stools can collapse or tip over while in use, and a child’s torso can fit through the openings on the front and back sides.

Joyin Sloosh Dive Sticks

Joyin has expanded its recall of Sloosh Dive Sticks due to an impalement hazard and a risk of serious injury. The toys violate the federal ban on certain dive sticks.

Mangohood Kids Kitchen Standing Towers

Mangohood Direct has recalled its Kids Kitchen Standing Towers due to entrapment and fall hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled tower stools can collapse or tip over while in use, and a child’s torso can fit through the openings on the front and back sides.

Cpzzkq Baby Loungers

The recall of Cpzzkq Baby Loungers has been expanded due to a suffocation hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The loungers violate the mandatory standard for infant support cushions.

Fantastic Four Cups and Captain America Popcorn Helmets

Golden Link has recalled its Fantastic Four cups and Captain America popcorn helmet containers with LED lights due to a battery ingestion hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. They contain button cell batteries that can be accessed easily by children.

BenQ GV31 Portable Projectors

BenQ America has recalled its GV31 Portable Projectors due to fire and burn hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled projectors’ lithium-ion battery can overheat. 

OCTROT Heated Sherpa Throws and Blankets

OCTROT heated sherpa throws and blankets have been recalled due to fire and burn hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The electrical cord on the recalled throws and blankets can detach and ignite.

EnHomee 15-Drawer Dressers

EnHomee Direct has recalled its 15-drawer dressers due to tip-over and entrapment hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The dressers can tip over if not anchored to the wall.

OCOOPA Rechargeable Hand Warmers

OCOOPA Direct has recalled approximately 1.5 million rechargeable hand warmers due to fire and burn hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The lithium-ion battery in the recalled hand warmers can overheat and ignite. One death has been reported.

Woodure Toddler Kitchen Step Stools

Woodure Toddler Kitchen Step Stools have been recalled due to entrapment and fall hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The recalled tower stools can collapse or tip over while in use, and a child’s torso can fit through the openings on the front and back sides.

Mommy’s Baby Lovely Deluxe Baby Doll Playsets

Mommy’s Baby Lovely Deluxe Baby Doll Playsets have been recalled due to a choking hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The toys violate the federal small-parts ban.

KAIFAM 5-Drawer Dressers

KAIFAM 5-drawer dressers have been recalled due to tip-over and entrapment hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The dressers can tip over if not anchored to the wall.

Certain Mercedes-Benz Vehicles

Mercedes-Benz has recalled more than 310,000 vehicles from model year 2019–2026 because a faulty driver-door lock switch may fail to detect an open door, potentially preventing the automatic parking brake from engaging and increasing the risk of a rollaway.
