Organic Vitamin Supplements

Total Nutrition Inc. has recalled its TNVitamins 100% Organic Moringa 1,200 mg Capsules and TNVitamins 100% Organic Moringa Powder due to a possible Salmonella risk. The raw moringa ingredient may be contaminated.

 

2018–2021 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator SUVs, 2020–2021 Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator SUVs, and 2021 Ford F-150 Pickups

Ford is recalling certain 2018–2021 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator SUVs, 2020–2021 Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator SUVs, and 2021 Ford F-150 pickups due to a transmission defect that can increase the risk of a rollaway and the chance of a crash. The vehicles may experience a transmission problem during certain shifts while in motion that can damage the transmission's parking mechanism.

 

Corlanor and Sensipar

Amgen has recalled 940,000 bottles of both Corlanor, a medication prescribed to treat chronic heart failure, and Sensipar, a drug used to treat chronic kidney disease, due to safety issues. Corlanor bottles were recalled due to the “presence of a foreign substance,” while the Sensipar bottles were recalled due to deviations from the FDA’s Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) regulations.

 

Rowenta Cordless Vacuum Cleaners

Rowenta has recalled its cordless vacuum cleaners due to fire and burn hazards and a risk of serious injury. The recalled lithium-ion battery in the vacuum cleaner can overheat and ignite.

 

Vevor Baby Loungers

Vevor has recalled its baby loungers due to entrapment and fall hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The sides are too low to contain an infant, and the enclosed openings at the foot of the loungers are wider than allowed. In addition, the baby loungers do not have a stand.

 

Cuisinart Grill Brushes

Conair has recalled more than one million Cuisinart grill brushes due to an ingestion hazard. Small metal bristles can detach and be swallowed, posing a serious risk of injury.

 

Unity 7-Shot 200-Gram Aerial Cake Fireworks

Winco Fireworks International has recalled its Unity 7-Shot 200-Gram Aerial Cake fireworks due to explosion and burn hazards and a risk of serious injury. The recalled fireworks can tip over.

 

Topyond Pool Drain Ports With Covers

Topyond is recalling its pool drain ports with covers due to entrapment and drowning hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The product violates the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act.

 

CVS Health Medicated Hemorrhoidal Wipes

Diamond Wipes International has recalled CVS Health Medicated Hemorrhoidal Wipes due to a child-poisoning hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The packaging violates mandatory child-resistant packaging standards.

 

Gigglescape Under the Sea Popping Toys

Target has recalled its Gigglescape Under the Sea Popping Toys due to a choking hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The clear plastic dome can detach from the blue plastic base, making the small plastic balls inside the toy accessible to children.

 

Junpower CR2032 Lithium Coin Batteries

Junpower has recalled its CR2032 lithium coin batteries due to a battery ingestion hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The packaging violates federal child-resistant packaging requirements.

 

AMASKY Nursing Pillows

Pretty-Life is recalling its AMASKY nursing pillows due to a suffocation hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The products violate mandatory standards for nursing pillows and infant support cushions.

 

Projecting LED Finger Light Toys

POPOOO has recalled its Projecting LED Finger Light Toys due to a battery ingestion hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The products violate the mandatory standard for toys.

 

Roman Candles 8-Shot Fireworks

Winco Fireworks International has recalled its Roman Candles 8-Shot fireworks due to explosion and burn hazards and a risk of serious injury. The recalled fireworks can malfunction, and shots can blow out the side of the tube.

 

Metalux Optimized High-Bay LED Light Fixtures

Cooper Lighting has recalled its Metalux Optimized High-Bay LED Light Fixtures due to a fire hazard and a risk of serious injury. The LED board can overheat or come into contact with the lens or nearby combustible materials.

 

2012–2018 Ford Focus Vehicles

Ford is recalling more than 255,000 of its 2012–2018 Focus vehicles due to an increased risk of a crash. A malfunctioning canister purge valve (CPV) can cause the engine to stall unexpectedly.

 

BioZorb Radiographic Markers

Hologic’ has recalled its BioZorb radiographic markers with a notice to stop all use due to hundreds of reported injuries. Reports of adverse events include pain, infection, and device migration.
