The following product recalls have been announced this week—make sure you’re in the know.

2025–2026 Volkswagen Jetta Vehicles

Volkswagen is recalling over 45,000 of its 2025–2026 Jetta vehicles due to a fire hazard. The transmission ground wire may not have been properly connected during assembly, causing an open electrical circuit.

2026 Hyundai Palisade Vehicles

Hyundai Motor North America has recalled and halted sales of some 2026 Hyundai Palisade models due to a risk of injury or death. There is a reported issue with the second and third-row power seats, in which the seat controls may not detect contact with a person or object when the seat is folding or sliding. There has been one incident that resulted in the death of a child.

2020–2022 Ford Escape, 2020–2024 Ford Explorer, 2020–2024 Lincoln Aviator, and 2020–2022 Lincoln Corsair

Ford Motor Company is recalling 889,950 vehicles, including the 2020–2022 Ford Escape, 2020–2024 Ford Explorer, 2020–2024 Lincoln Aviator, and 2020–2022 Lincoln Corsair, due to an increased risk of a crash. A hardware conflict may cause the display, buttons, camera guidelines, and the rearview camera image to be flipped upside down. 

Webcol Alcohol Prep pad (70% isopropyl alcohol) 2 ply

Cardinal Health 200, LLC has recalled its Webcol Alcohol Prep pads due to being nonsterile. The FDA discovered a contaminant, Paenibacillus phoenicis, that may pose a potential infection risk to vulnerable people.

2026 Lincoln Navigator

Lincoln is recalling approximately 1,189 of its 2026 Navigators due to a potential driving hazard. The power driver seat may adjust on its own while the vehicle is moving around 3 mph, which may engage the obstacle detection system. The driver’s seat may continue to move all the way back.

2022–2025 Lexus NX, 2023–2026 Lexus RX, and 2024–2026 Lexus TX SUVs

Toyota is recalling approximately 144,200 Lexus NX, RX, and TX SUVs due to decreased driver visibility and an increased risk of a crash. The backup camera may go blank when the vehicle is shifted into reverse.

Aisstxoer Adult Bike Helmets

Yxtdz Store has recalled its Aisstxoer Adult Bicycle Helmets due to a risk of serious injury or death from head injury. The helmets can fail to protect the user in the event of a crash.

Wagner 900 Series Power Steamers

Wagner Spray Tech is recalling its 900 Series Power Steamers due to a burn hazard. The attached hose can get excessively hot, and the nozzle/gun can expel hot water during use and after the trigger is engaged.

Goregent Infant Walkers

Goregent has recalled its Infant Walkers due to a risk of serious injury or death from a fall hazard. The walkers can fit through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step.

Frigidaire Gas Ranges

Electrolux Group is recalling its Frigidaire Gas Ranges due to a burn hazard. The ovens in the ranges can experience a delayed ignition of the oven's bake burner.

Amazon Basics Camping Folding Pocket Knives

Amazon has recalled its Amazon Basics Camping Folding Pocket Knives due to a laceration hazard. The folding mechanism on the blade can fail to remain properly secured in the closed position.

Specialized Turbo Como SL 4.0 & 5.0 Bicycle Forks

Specialized Bicycle Components is recalling its Specialized Turbo Como SL Electric Bicycles due to a risk of serious injury or death from a fall hazard. The bike’s fork steerer tube can develop a small fatigue crack that can lead to a progressive failure of the fork.

BUILT LUUM Tumblers

Lifetime Brands has recalled its BUILT LUUM Light Up Tumblers due to a risk of choking and battery ingestion hazards. The recalled LED tumblers can break, making the button cell batteries accessible to children.

Swivel Office Chairs

Tainoki Fine Furniture is recalling its Office Chairs due to a risk of serious injury and a fall hazard. The recalled chairs’ bases can bend.

2026 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid and 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid SUVs

Subaru is recalling nearly 70,000 of its 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid and 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid SUVs due to a fire risk. A defect in the fuel cap could lead to a leak.

Children’s Ibuprofen Oral Suspension, USP, 100 mg per 5mL, 4 FL OZ (120 mL) Bottle

Strides Pharma, Inc. is recalling 89,592 bottles of Children’s Ibuprofen due to contamination concerns. A gel-like mass and black particles were discovered in the products.

Boner Bear Honey, Red Bull Extreme, and Blue Bull Extreme

Pure Vitamins and Natural Supplements, LLC is recalling Boner Bear Honey, Red Bull Extreme, and Blue Bull Extreme due to prohibited ingredients. Boner Bear Honey contains sildenafil and tadalafil, and Red Bull Extreme and Blue Bull Extreme contain sildenafil, not listed on the product label—active ingredients in erectile dysfunction medications that require prescriptions.

Omnipod® 5 Pods

Insulet Corporation has recalled its Omnipod® 5 Pods due to a risk of diabetic ketoacidosis. Pods may have a small tear in the internal tubing, potentially causing insulin to not be delivered properly.
