Blank Rome LLP suffered a data breach on May 21, 2026, when an unauthorized third party called one of the law firm’s attorneys, posed as the IT department, and misled the attorney into uploading files to an external Google Drive account. The compromised client information may have included:

  • Taxpayer identification numbers

  • State identification card numbers

MCBS, LLC suffered a data breach on or about September 25, 2025, when an unauthorized individual may have gained access to its network. Data leaked in the breach may include:

AssuranceAmerica recently suffered a data breach on March 16, 2026, when an unauthorized third party gained access to its network and copied data files. The affected files contained personal, sensitive information that may include:

  • Insurance account information
  • Driver or vehicle information
  • Claims-related information
  • Driver's license numbers
  • Tax ID information
