MCBS, LLC suffered a data breach on or about September 25, 2025, when an unauthorized individual may have gained access to its network. Data leaked in the breach may include:
- Social Security numbers
- Names
- Addresses
- Patient medical treatment histories, diagnoses, and lab results
AssuranceAmerica
AssuranceAmerica recently suffered a data breach on March 16, 2026, when an unauthorized third party gained access to its network and copied data files. The affected files contained personal, sensitive information that may include:
- Names

- Automobile insurance policies
- Insurance account information
- Driver or vehicle information
- Claims-related information
- Driver's license numbers
- Tax ID information
