Frost Bank was recently linked to a reported data-security incident involving unauthorized access to certain systems. The incident was publicized in April 2026, when Frost Bank was allegedly listed by the Everest ransomware group on ransomware tracking platforms.

- Miscellaneous income records

- ACA reporting documents
ScrogginsGrear, Inc.
ScrogginsGrear, Inc. recently reported a data breach on or around September 10, 2025, when an unauthorized third party gained access to a single employee email account within the company’s network. The breach impacted approximately 8,919 individuals, and the compromised data may include:
- Full names
- Social Security numbers
- Driver’s license or state ID numbers
- Financial account information
- Dates of birth
- Health insurance policy numbers
- Patient account numbers
- Medical information
