ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula and Anywhere Packs
ByHeart is recalling its Whole Nutrition Infant Formula and Anywhere Pack pouches of powdered formula due to an expanding outbreak of infant botulism. At least 15 babies in 12 states have been sickened in the outbreak since August, with more cases pending.
2016–2021 Honda Civics
Honda has recalled over 400,000 of its 2016–2021 Civics due to an increased risk of crash or injury. A manufacturing error may cause wheels to come off the vehicle while moving.
Tesla Powerwall 2 AC Battery Power System
Tesla is recalling its Powerwall 2 AC Battery Power Systems due to a risk of serious injury or death from fire and burn hazards. The lithium-ion battery cells in certain Powerwall 2 systems can cause the unit to stop functioning during normal use, which can result in overheating and, in some cases, smoke or flame.
Zigjoy Toddler Sleep Sacks with Feet
Zigjoy has recalled its sleep sacks with feet due to a risk of serious injury or death from a burn hazard. The recalled sleep sacks violate the mandatory flammability standard for children’s sleepwear.
Portable Power Banks and Wireless Charging Stands
Belkin is recalling its portable power banks and wireless charging stands due to fire and burn hazards. The lithium-ion battery in the power banks and charging stands can overheat.
Great Lakes Select Button Cell and Coin Batteries
Great Lakes Wholesale International has recalled select battery packs due to a risk of battery ingestion. The button cell and lithium coin batteries are not in child-resistant packaging and do not bear warning labels.
Trek and Electra-branded Bicycles With Coaster Brakes and Replacement Rear Wheels With Coaster Brakes
Trek is recalling its bicycles with coaster brakes and replacement rear wheels due to a crash hazard. The coaster brakes can fail to engage, resulting in the rider losing control.
Zippee Activity Toys
Mobi Games has recalled its Zippee Silicone Activity Toys due to a risk of serious injury or death from choking. The recalled silicone activity toys contain spherical ends that can reach the back of the throat.
Bettina Doll Set With Magic Light Unicorn
Shantou Chenghai Xingzigu Toy Industry is recalling its Bettina Doll Sets due to a risk of serious injury or death from battery ingestion. The battery compartment of the unicorn contains button cell batteries that can be easily accessed by children.
Toyota Tundra and Lexus Vehicles
Toyota is recalling 126,691 Tundra and Lexus models due to an increased risk of crash or injury. “Machining debris" may not have been removed from the cars' engines during manufacturing, which could cause the engines not to start or to turn off while driving.
The impacted vehicles include:
- Toyota Tundra, Model Year 2022–2024
- Lexus LX600, Model Year 2022–2024
- Lexus GX550, Model Year 2024
