2021–2024 Ford Bronco, Corsair, Escape, Edge, and F-Series Vehicles
Ford Motor is recalling nearly 1.1 million vehicles in the United States due to a risk of a crash. The rearview cameras may not display images due to a software issue, which may cause the rearview camera image to delay, freeze, or not display.
The recall covers some 2021–2024 Ford Bronco, Corsair, Escape, Edge, and F-Series vehicles. The recall also impacts the 2022–2024 Expedition, 2022–2025 Transit, 2021–2023 Mach-E, Lincoln Nautilus, 2024 Ranger, Mustang, and the 2022–2024 Navigator.
BD Esophagogastric Tubes
BD has recalled its esophagogastric balloon tamponade tubes used to manage bleeding after receiving reports of two serious injuries and one death linked to the devices. The instructions for use were unclear, and users sometimes face difficulties when preparing the devices. The challenges can delay diagnosis or treatment and cause or prolong low blood pressure.
My First Snowman Toys
The Step2 Company is recalling its My First Snowman Toys due to a risk of serious injury or death from choking hazard. The top hat on the recalled snowman can break into small pieces.
iWALK Magnetic Wireless Power Banks
U2O Global has recalled its iWALK Magnetic Wireless Power Banks due to fire and burn hazards. The lithium-ion battery in the recalled power banks can overheat and ignite.
Unity Teeter Tunnels With Lexan Tops
Playworld Systems is recalling its Unity Teeter Tunnels With Lexan Tops due to a risk of serious injury and a crush hazard. If a child accidentally falls underneath the Unity Teeter Tunnel the end of the seesaw plank can land on them.
VFAUOSIT Kitchen Faucets, Model Number 06BNV
Whisper08 is recalling its VFAUOSIT Brand Kitchen Faucets due to dangerous lead exposure risks for young children. The recalled faucets were tested and found to contain lead that can leach into water at levels that can be particularly harmful to infants and young children. The faucets were also found to leach other contaminants.
KICIMPRO Kitchen Faucets, Model Number KM800-01-06BN
KICIMPRO has recalled its KICIMPRO Brand Kitchen Faucets due to dangerous lead exposure risks for young children. The recalled faucets were tested and found to contain lead that can leach into water at levels that can be particularly harmful to infants and young children.
BASDEHEN Kitchen Faucets, Model Number CFDTTH-000-YGH
Chenfeng Store has recalled the BASDEHEN Brand Kitchen Faucets due to dangerous lead exposure risks for young children. The recalled faucets were tested and found to contain lead that can leach into water at levels that can be particularly harmful to infants and young children. The faucets were also found to leach other contaminants.
WeHwupe Adult Portable Bed Rails
WeHwupe is recalling its Adult Portable Bed Rails due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and asphyxiation hazards. When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress.
Minka Vortic Flow Series Light Fixtures
Minka Lighting has recalled its Vortic Flow Series Lights due to an impact injury hazard. The component that connects the recalled light to the ceiling mount can weaken, allowing the fixture to fall unexpectedly.
