Eye Drops

AvKARE has recalled multiple eye drops products due to a manufacturing deviation that may lead to products of unacceptable quality, and it is not possible to rule out patient risks resulting from the use of these products.

Cases involved in the recall include:

  • 13,104 cases of Lubricant Eye Drops Solution
  • 32,876 cases of Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Ophthalmic Solution
  • 14,333 cases of Polyvinyl Alcohol Ophthalmic Solution
  • 1,610 cases of Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Ophthalmic Gel 1%
  • 13,872 cases of Artificial Tears Ophthalmic Solution

 

2022–2024 Volkswagen Q5 Quattro and Q5 Sportback Quattro Vehicles

Volkswagen has recalled more than 89,400 of the 2022–2024 Q5 Quattro and Q5 Sportback Quattro vehicles due to the risk of fire. The cylinder head cover screws may not have been tightened enough and could come loose, which can allow oil to leak and increase the risk of a fire.

 

2022–2024 Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition Vehicles

Ford Motor is recalling 273,789 of the 2022–2024 Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition vehicles due to a risk of crash. A poorly installed front brake line may lead to reduced brake function.

 

LivingCaring Adult Portable Bed Rails

LivingCaring has recalled its Adult Portable Bed Rails due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and asphyxiation hazards. When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress.

 

Children’s Mini Danica Loungewear Sets

BuddyLove is recalling its Children’s Mini Danica Loungewear Sets due to a risk of serious injuries or death from burn hazards. The recalled children’s pajama sets violate flammability standards for children’s sleepwear.

 

Child Safety Gates

Amazon.com has recalled Child Safety Gates due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment, as well as fall hazards. A child’s torso can fit through the opening between the gate slat and side wall, a child’s torso can fit through the secondary opening, the locking mechanism does not fully engage, and the gate does not resist a push-out force. 

 

Chill Pill Magnetic Haptic Fidget Toys Red Bumpy

FidgetThings has recalled its Chill Pill Magnetic Haptic Fidget Toys due to the risk of serious injury or death from ingestion. The toy violates the mandatory federal regulation for magnets, posing an ingestion hazard to children. 

 

Model Year 2023–2025 Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar and Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar Crew Recreational Off-Road Vehicles (ROVs)

Polaris Industries has recalled its Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar and Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar Crew Recreational Off-Road Vehicles due to an injury hazard. The lower seat belt anchor fasteners were not properly tightened, which can result in the seat belt separating from the vehicle frame, failing to protect riders.

 

PlayTab Rollers Tile Toys

PlayTab has recalled its Fat Brain Recalls Rollers Tile Toys used in the PlayTab Modular Activity Boards due to a magnet ingestion hazard and risk of serious injury or death. The toy contains a magnet that can become loose, posing an ingestion hazard to children. 

 

GASGAS and Husqvarna Off-Road Motorcycles

KTM is recalling its GASGAS and Husqvarna Off-Road Motorcycles due to a crash hazard. The front brake caliper can crack, reducing the braking system’s effectiveness.

 

Digital Wall Clocks

Leon Rading has recalled its Digital Wall Clocks due to a risk of serious injury or death from ingestion hazard. The remote control for the clock has a lithium coin battery that can be easily accessed by children.

 

NICREW 15” Submersible RGB LED Lights

NICREW has recalled its Submersible RGB LED Lights sold on Amazon due to a risk of serious injury or death from ingestion hazard. The Submersible RGB LED Lights’ remote control has a lithium coin battery that can be easily accessed by children.

 

Boyro Baby Convertible High Chairs

Boyro Baby is recalling its high chairs due to a risk of serious injury or death from fall and entrapment hazards. The high chair’s restraint system is not attached to the product, and the locks or latches can fail. Additionally, the opening between the seat and tray is large enough that a child can become entrapped in it.
