2024–2025 Ford F-150 Lightning Vehicles

Ford is recalling 29,501 2024–2025 F-150 Lightning models due to a risk of losing steering control. A faulty suspension issue can cause the front upper control arm to come loose.

 

NTI Residential Gas Boilers

NTI has recalled its NTI Brand Boilers due to fire and carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning hazards and the risk of serious injury or death. The boiler door can fail to seal properly due to incorrect burner door studs, allowing flames and gases to escape.

 

HTP Residential Gas Boilers

NTI has recalled its HTP Brand Boilers due to fire and carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning hazards and the risk of serious injury or death. The boiler door can fail to seal properly due to incorrect burner door studs, allowing flames and gases to escape.

 

Casters on Direct Scaffold Supply Multi-Purpose Baker Style Scaffolding Products

Direct Scaffold Supply has recalled its Casters for Baker Scaffolding due to a fall hazard. The recalled casters can contain faulty spot welds that can cause them to break or fail, making the scaffolding unstable.

 

DR Power Battery-Powered Chainsaws

DR Power Equipment is recalling its Battery-Powered Chainsaws due to fire and burn hazards. The motor controller of the recalled chainsaw can overheat during operation of the unit.

 

2-in-1 Funlio Convertible Baby High Chairs

Funlio has recalled its Convertible High Chairs due to a risk of serious injury or death from fall and entrapment hazards. The recalled high chairs pose a deadly entrapment hazard because the opening between the seat and tray is large enough that a child can become entrapped in it. In addition, the child restraint system can fail, posing a fall hazard.

 

Apollo America 51000-600 Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors

Apollo America has recalled its Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detectors due to failure to alert consumers to a fire or carbon monoxide leak. The recalled detectors can malfunction and fail to alert consumers.

 

Yamaha Golf Car Vehicles

Yamaha has recalled its Golf Car Vehicles due to a crash hazard. The accelerator pedal spring can fail to return to idle when a consumer stops pressing the accelerator pedal.

 

U and U+ Window Air Conditioners

Midea is recalling about 1.7 million U and U+ Window Air Conditioners due to a risk of mold exposure. Pooled water in the air conditioners can fail to drain quickly enough, which can lead to mold growth.

 

Haul ST and LT E-bikes With Telescopic Seat Posts

Specialized Bicycle Components has recalled its Globe-branded Haul ST and LT E-Bikes due to fall hazards. When the lower portion of the e-bike’s telescopic seat post is fully extended, the seat post can break.

 

Lutron-branded Power Interfaces for LED Tape Lights

Lutron is recalling its Power Interfaces for LED Tape Lights due to a shock hazard. The power interface can fail during a significant power surge.

 

Portable Hook-On Chairs

Ravmix has recalled its Portable Hook-On Chairs sold exclusively on Amazon.com due to a risk of serious injury or death from a fall hazard. The recalled portable hook-on chair poses a deadly fall hazard because the crotch restraint can be removed without the use of a tool and infants can fall through an opening. 

 

ZHORANGE Portable Bassinets

DFD Trading has recalled the ZHORANGE Portable Bassinets due to a risk of serious injury or death from a fall hazard. The sides of the bassinets are too low to contain the infant, and the portable bassinets do not have a stand.

 

Hobby Toy Hammer Ball Sets

Shantou Haochengheng Technology has recalled its Hobby Toy Hammer Ball Sets due to a risk of serious injury or death from a choking hazard. The toy sets contain small balls that violate regulations for toys intended for children under three years of age.

 

Rinnai i-Series Plus Gas Boilers

Rinnai America has recalled its i-Series Plus Boilers due to a carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning hazard. The boiler door can fail to seal properly due to incorrect screws, allowing carbon monoxide (CO) gases to escape.

 

ZRWD Infant Swings

ZRWD Infant Swings have been recalled due to a risk of serious injury or death from suffocation hazard. The swings were marketed for infant sleep, and they have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees, in violation of the CPSC. The swings also fail to meet mandatory warning requirements under the swing standard. In addition, the remote control for the swing contains a lithium coin battery, and the products are missing the required warnings and instructions for consumer products containing button cell and coin batteries. 

 

BowFlex 552, 52.5 LB Adjustable Dumbbells and BowFlex 1090, 90 LB Adjustable Dumbbells

Johnson Health Tech Trading is recalling its BowFlex Adjustable Dumbbells due to an impact hazard. The weight plates can dislodge from the handle during use.
