Welby®, Berkley Jensen®, and VitaGlobe™ Vitamin B12 Gummies

Vita-Warehouse Corp. has recalled specific lots of its Welby®, Berkley Jensen®, and VitaGlobe™ Vitamin B12 gummy products, sold at retailers including ALDI and online at Amazon, due to the potential presence of undeclared peanuts. This poses a serious risk for individuals with peanut allergies, who could experience severe or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these gummies.

2018–2024 Harley-Davidson Softail Motorcycles

Harley-Davidson Motor Company is recalling more than 82,000 of its 2018–2024 Softail model motorcycles due to tire issues. The mounting tab on the rear shock preload adjuster can break and cause tire damage, and a sudden loss of tire pressure increases the risk of a crash.

2024–2025 Dodge Charger Daytona Vehicles

Dodge is recalling 8,390 of its 2024–2025 Charger Daytonas for being too quiet. The vehicle’s silence is deemed a safety risk for pedestrians and other road users, prompting the automaker to issue a voluntary safety recall.

Ford Mustang Mach-E

Ford is recalling all Mustang Mach-E deliveries due to a 12-volt battery issue that can prevent the doors from unlocking, potentially trapping occupants inside. Ford is instructing dealers to stop demonstrating and delivering affected vehicles until a software update is available.

MaxKare Electric Blankets

Yumo has recalled its MaxKare Electric Blankets due to burn and fire hazards. The recalled blankets can overheat and ignite.

TADAKAZU Baby Loungers

TADAKAZU has recalled its Baby Loungers due to a risk of serious injury or death from suffocation, fall, and entrapment hazards. The recalled portable baby loungers violate federal safety standards because the sides are shorter than the minimum side height limit to secure the infant, the sleeping pad’s thickness exceeds the maximum limit, posing a suffocation hazard, and an infant could fall out of an enclosed opening at the foot of the lounger or become entrapped. The portable loungers also lack a stand, posing a fall hazard.

Crayan Mattresses

Crayan has recalled its mattresses due to a risk of serious injury or death from a fire hazard. The recalled mattresses fail to meet open flame flammability requirements in violation of federal safety standards for mattresses.

2023-2024 Ranger XP Kinetic and 2025 Pro XD Kinetic ROVs

Polaris is recalling its Ranger XP Kinetic and Pro XD Kinetic Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles (ROVs) due to a fire hazard. Water can leak through a cracked filter into the ROV’s high-voltage charging harness components and cause a short circuit.

AstroAI 4 Liter/6 Can Minifridges

AstroAI is recalling its Four Liter, Six Can Minifridges due to fire and burn hazards. The recalled minifridges’ electrical switch can short-circuit, and two reported fires caused $360,000 in property damage.

YaFiti 12-Drawer White Dressers

YaFiti is recalling its 12-Drawer White Dressers due to the risk of serious injury or death from tip-over and entrapment hazards. The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall and violate the federal standard as required by the STURDY Act.

2023–2025 Honda Pilots, 2021–2025 Acura TLX, and 2023–2025 Acura MDX vehicles

Honda is recalling more than 259,000 2023–2025 Honda Pilots, 2021–2025 Acura TLX, and 2023–2025 Acura MDX vehicles due to a problem that can cause the brake pedal to shift out of position, potentially interfering with a driver’s ability to stop or slow down. The brake pedal pivot pin in some of these vehicles was not secured properly during production. That can lead the pedal to shift out of place and may lead to unintended application, increasing crash risks.

Dexcom CGM Receivers

Dexcom is recalling more than 2 million CGM receivers, handheld devices that give glucose readings, for failing to sound an audible alarm for low or high blood sugar levels.  There have been 56 reports of severe adverse events, such as seizure, loss of consciousness, and other hypoglycemic or hyperglycemic symptoms.
