Dearlomum Retractable Safety Gates
Dearlomum Retractable Safety Gates have been recalled due to the risk of serious injury or death to children from entrapment hazards. A child’s torso can fit through the opening between the gate and the floor.
AUGNORYE Padded Cushioned Crib Bumpers
AUGNORYE Padded Crib Bumpers have been recalled due to a risk of serious injury or death from suffocation. The recalled padded cushioned crib bumpers violate the federal crib bumper ban because they can obstruct an infant’s breathing.
Braided Crib Bumpers
Haoyunm has recalled its Braided Crib Bumpers due to a risk of serious injury or death from suffocation. The recalled crib bumpers violate the federal ban on crib bumpers because the padded crib bumpers can obstruct breathing.
SPPTTY Kids 14- and 18-inch Bicycles
SPPTTY is recalling its Kids Bicycles due to a risk of death or injury from lead poisoning. Multiple components of the children’s bicycles contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban.
Momentum Vida E+ E-Bikes
Giant Bicycle is recalling its Momentum Vida E+ E-Bikes due to a crash hazard. The fork steerer tube on the recalled bicycles can crack, break, or separate during use.
WLIVE Fabric 15-Drawer Dressers
WLIVE has recalled its Fabric Dressers due to a risk of serious injury or death from tip-over and entrapment hazards. The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall.
Creekliybear “Pack and Play” Aftermarket Play Yard Mattresses
Creekliybear has recalled its “Pack and Play” Play Yard Mattresses due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment hazard. The mattresses exceed thickness requirements and may not adequately fit certain play yards, posing a deadly entrapment hazard.
Ozark Trail 64 oz Stainless Steel Insulated Water Bottles
Walmart is recalling all Ozark Trail 64 oz Water Bottles due to serious impact and laceration hazards. The lid can forcefully eject when a consumer attempts to open the capped bottles after food, carbonated beverages, or perishable beverages are stored inside over time.
Trane and American Standard Gas/Electric Packaged Units
Trane has recalled its Gas/Electric Packaged Units due to a risk of gas Leak and fire hazard. The fuel gas valve can open unexpectedly.
Jeriflyer 8-inch Pool Drain Covers
Jeriflyer has recalled its Pool Drain Covers due to a risk of serious injury or death from an entrapment hazard. The recalled drain covers do not conform to the entrapment protection standards of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGBA).
DEWALT® Grinder Flap Discs
DEWALT is recalling its Grinder Flap Discs due to laceration and injury hazards. The ceramic cloth abrasive flaps on the disc can detach while in use on a grinder.
Predator 2000W Power Stations
Harbor Freight Tools has recalled its Predator 2000-Watt Power Stations due to a shock hazard. The wires in the power station’s AC outlet receptacles are reversed when the product is in Emergency Power Supply (“EPS”) mode.
Hyper Tough, Worx, and Portland Chainsaws and Pole Saws
Positec is recalling all electric corded chainsaws and pole saws due to a laceration hazard. The main switch on the recalled chainsaws and pole saws can fail, allowing the saws to continue to run even after the switch is released.
509 Helmets and 509 for Polaris Helmets
509 is recalling all its helmets due to a risk of head injury. The recalled helmets fail to provide sufficient protection in the event of a crash.
2019–2022 Infiniti QX50, 2022 Infiniti QX55, 2019–2020 Nissan Altima, and 2021–2024 Nissan Rogue Vehicles
Nissan is recalling 2019-2022 Infiniti QX50 models, 2022 Infiniti QX55 models, 2019-2020 Nissan Altima models, and 2021-2024 Nissan Rogue models for potential engine failure. Affected vehicles’ bearings can fail because of a manufacturing defect and cause engine failure. Engine failure while in motion could increase the risk of a collision.
Ford Fuel Pumps
Ford is recalling over 850,000 vehicles due to a potential low-pressure fuel pump failure. The recalled vehicles' low-pressure fuel pump may fail, which can result in an engine stall while driving. The following cars are being recalled due to the issue with the fuel pump:
- 2021-2023 Bronco
- 2022 Expedition
- 2021-2023 Explorer
- 2021-2022 F-150
- 2021-2023 F-250 SD
- 2021-2023 F-350 SD
- 2021-2023 F-450 SD
- 2021-2023 F-550 SD
- 2021-2022 Mustang
- 2021-2023 Lincoln Aviator
- 2021-2022 Lincoln Navigator
2013–2018 Ram 1500 Pickup Trucks
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration opened an investigation into nearly 1.2 million 2013–2018 Ram 1500 pickup trucks for potential post-recall failures. The affected trucks were recalled for transmission issues, where the brake transmission shift interlock (BTSI) system could get stuck in the "open" position, allowing the trucks to be shifted out of park without a key in the ignition or any pressure on the brake pedal. NHTSA's Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) has received 14 vehicle-owner complaints and six death and injury reports following the previous recalls, all of which had already followed the recall remedies.
