Audi Vehicles

Volkswagen is recalling more than 350,000 Audi vehicles due to an increased risk of a crash. Faulty rearview cameras may fail to show an image.

 

Wegovy Pens

Novo Nordisk Inc. has recalled packages of Wegovy single-dose prefilled pens in 1 mg/0.5 mL doses due to potentially adverse health effects. Lot numbers RZFYK06 and RZFYA53 have been identified as contaminated.

 

2019–2024 Lamborghini Urus

Lamborghini is recalling its 2019–2024 Urus vehicles due to an increased risk of a crash. A software error may turn off the review camera image.

 

Ford F-250, F-350, Corsair, Escape, and Expedition Vehicles

Ford Motor Co. has recalled more than 8,500 vehicles due to an increased crash risk.  Certain 2026 Super Duty F-250 and F-350 trucks are being recalled for a rear axle shaft that may break. Some 2025–2026 Corsair and Escape vehicles have been recalled due to improperly secured seat belt retractors. Other recalls affect certain Escape and Expedition models for software issues.

 

2025–2026 Toyota Camry and 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross

Toyota is recalling about 55,000 hybrid vehicles, including the 2025–2026 Camry and 2026 Corolla Cross, due to a risk of sudden power loss or fire. A bolt within the hybrid inverter might loosen, creating an open circuit (power loss) or a short circuit (fire risk).

 

Joyful Journeys Baby Loungers

Joyful Journeys has recalled its Baby Loungers due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and fall hazards. The sides are too low to contain an infant, the enclosed openings at the foot of the loungers are wider than allowed, and the baby loungers do not have a stand.

 

Loam Pedal Gen 2 Aluminum Alloy Bicycle Pedals

PNW Components is recalling its Aluminum Alloy Bicycle Pedals due to a crash hazard. The pedal axle can crack, causing the pedal to detach from the crank.

 

Isla Rae Magnetic Wireless Chargers

Isla Rae has recalled its Magnetic Wireless Chargers due to fire and burn hazards. The chargers can explode while in use.

 

Kori Gey Water Elf Toy Kits

Qaniy is recalling its Kori Gey Water Toy Kits due to a risk of serious injury or death from battery ingestion. The compartment that holds the batteries can be easily accessed and opened by children.

 

48” and 60” Natural Antler Chandeliers

Restoration Hardware (RH) has recalled its Natural Antler Chandeliers due to an impact hazard. If the chandelier is hung at an angle on a vaulted ceiling or a sloped beam, the chandelier’s canopy hardware can break, causing the chandelier to detach and fall from the ceiling.

 

Lterfear Multifunction Pounding Game

Findriver and Weeksome is recalling its Pounding Toys due to a Risk of serious injury or death from magnet ingestion hazard. They contain high-powered magnets that can detach.

 

YOLAAH Portable Bed Rails

YOLAAH has recalled its Adult Portable Bed Rails due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and asphyxiation hazards. When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. The rails also lack proper hazard labels.

 

Vasicar 18-Drawer Dressers

Vasicar is recalling its 18-Drawer Dressers due to a risk of serious injury or death from tip-over and entrapment. The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall.

 

Sangohe Bed Rails

Sangohe has recalled its Adult Portable Bed Rails due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and asphyxiation hazards. When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. The rails also lack proper hazard labels.

 

Rattan 6-Drawer Dressers

Rattan is recalling its 6-Drawer Dressers due to a risk of serious injury or death from tip-over and entrapment. The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall. 

 

NFSVLB Baby Bath Seats (blue)

NFSVLB has recalled its Baby Bath Seats due to a risk of serious injury or death to children from drowning and entrapment. The bath seats are unstable and can tip over while in use, and they have leg openings that allow the child to slip down until the child's torso can become entrapped.

 

Julie and Judah Pajama Pants and Shorts

Marcus Adler Glove is recalling its Julie and Judah Pajama Pants and Shorts due to a burn hazard. The pajama pants and shorts violate the mandatory standards for flammability of children’s sleepwear. 

 

SARO Braided Crib Bumpers

The Kalencom Corporation has recalled its SARO Braided Crib Bumpers due to a risk of serious injury or death from suffocation. They can obstruct an infant’s breathing and create an unsafe sleeping environment for infants. 

 

BabyBond Retractable Safety Gates

Infant Innovations is recalling its BabyBond Retractable Safety Gates due to a risk of serious injury or death to children from entrapment. A child’s torso can fit through the opening between the gate and the floor.

 

Walk-Behind Leaf Vacuums and Tow-Behind Leaf Vacuums

DR Power Equipment has recalled its Leaf Vacuums due to laceration hazards. Pieces from the recalled leaf vacuums can come loose inside the unit, or debris can pierce the chute.

 

Agrish Adult Portable Bed Rails

Agrish is recalling its Adult Portable Bed Rails due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and asphyxiation hazards. When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress.

 

SMA Infant Formula

Nestlé has recalled its SMA infant formula and follow-on formula due to a safety hazard to infants. Certain batches may contain cereulide, which can result in nausea and vomiting after consumption.

 

Evenflo All4One Car Seats

Evenflo has recalled 74,710 of its All4One car seats made from Jan. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023, due to a risk of injury. The recline mechanism can shift from one position to another.

 

2021–2025 Volvo XC40 Vehicles

Volvo Cars is recalling 413,151 of its 2021–2025 XC40 vehicles due to an increased risk of a crash. A software issue can cause problems with the rearview camera and display.
