DermaKleen lotion soaps, PeriGiene antiseptic, and KleenFoam soap

DermaRite Industries LLC is recalling over a dozen soap and sanitizer products sold over the counter, including DermaKleen lotion soaps, PeriGiene antiseptic, and KleenFoam soap, due to the presence of Burkholderia cepacia, a bacterium that may result in serious and life-threatening infections like sepsis.

 

2023–2025 Ford F-150 Vehicles

Ford is recalling more than 103,000 of its 2023–2025 F-150 pickup trucks in the U.S. due to a risk of crash. The axle bolts may break and result in vehicle rollaways or a loss of drive power

 

Spironolactone Tablets, USP, 25 mg, 100-count 

Frontida BioPharm, Inc., has recalled 11,000 bottles of Spironolactone Tablets, USP, 25 mg, 100-count due to the possible presence of a foreign substance, identified as aluminum. Use of a violative product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences.

 

2014–2017 Range Rover and 2014–2017 Range Rover Sport Vehicles

Jaguar Land Rover is recalling more than 121,500 of the 2014–2017 Range Rover and 2014–2017 Range Rover Sport vehicles in the United States due to a risk of crash. The front suspension knuckles can crack, which can result in the suspension arm detaching.

 

Werner 20’ and 24’ Multi-Max Pro Multi-Purpose Ladders

Werner has recalled its 20’ and 24’ Multi-Max Pro Multi-Purpose Ladders due to a fall hazard. The ladders’ locking mechanism can jam and not fully lock into place.

 

Electronic LED Modules for Floating Stairs and Rails

Viewrail is recalling its Electronic LED Modules for floating stairs and rails due to a fire hazard. The LED module can overheat, causing it to melt.

 

Remington Hair Dryers

Empower Brands has recalled its Remington Hair Dryers due to a risk of serious injury or death from electrocution and shock hazards. The handheld hair dryers lack an immersion protection device.

 

Children’s Spiral Tower Toys

STWUQIKONG has recalled its Children’s Spiral Tower Toys due to a risk of serious injury or death from choking. The recalled toy contains small balls and is marketed to children under three years of age.

 

ESR HaloLock Wireless Power Banks

Waymeet has recalled all ESR HaloLock Wireless Power Banks due to fire and burn hazards. The lithium-ion battery in the recalled power banks can overheat and ignite.

 

Drinkmate 1L Carbonation Bottles

Drinkmate is recalling its 1-Liter Carbonation Bottles due to serious impact and laceration hazards. The recalled bottles can explode during use.

 

Wolfgang Puck Stainless Steel Petite Tea Kettles

Synergy Housewares has recalled its Wolfgang Puck Petite Tea Kettles due to a burn hazard. The kettle’s infuser basket lid is loose and can fall off during use.

 

Firefly Safe & Green 32 oz. Fuel Bottles

Firefly Fuel is recalling its Firefly Safe & Green 32 oz. Fuel Bottles due to a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning to young children. The recalled bottles contain hydrocarbons and include nozzle applicators that are not child-resistant.
