Leatherman has recalled its Charge Plus Multi-Tools due to a laceration hazard. The tip of the knife blade doesn’t fully fold into the handle.

 

Magnetic Floating Stackers Toys

Tegu is recalling its Magnetic Floating Stackers Toys due to a magnet ingestion hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. They contain magnets that can loosen and detach from the toy, posing an ingestion hazard to children. 

 

Cosco 2-Step Kitchen Stepper

Dorel Home Furnishings has recalled all Cosco 2-Step Kitchen Steppers due to fall and injury hazards. The safety bar can detach or break while in use.

 

IKEA 365+ VÄRDEFULL Garlic Presses

IKEA is recalling its Garlic Presses due to laceration and ingestion hazards. Small metal pieces can detach from the garlic press. 

 

Baby Loren Morning Dresses

Baby Loren has recalled its Morning Children’s Loungewear due to a serious risk of injury or death from burns. The recalled children’s loungewear violates the flammability standards for children’s sleepwear.

 

Amazon Basics Premium Foam Eurotop Mattresses

Amazon is recalling all Amazon Basics Premium Foam Eurotop Mattresses due to a fire hazard. The recalled mattresses violate a mandatory flammability standard for mattresses.

 

RIDGID 18Volt Brushless 21-Degree Framing Nailers and RIDGID 18Volt Brushless 30-Degree Framing Nailers

TTI Consumer Power Tools has recalled the RIDGID Framing Nailers due to a laceration hazard. The dual-action engagement system on the nailers can malfunction and involuntarily discharge a nail by pulling the trigger alone.

 

KidKraft Farm to Table Model Play Kitchen

Backyard Kids is recalling all KidKraft Farm to Table Play Kitchens due to a strangulation hazard, with at least one death reported. A child’s clothing can get caught on the plastic or metal hooks meant to hold toy kitchen accessories such as play pots and pans.
