Erbe has recalled certain Flexible Cryoprobes due to an increased risk of injury. The devices may rupture during activation, which can cause hearing loss, burns, and other injuries to patients or nearby healthcare workers.

2020–2022 Ford F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD; 2021–2022 Ford F-600 SD; and 2022 Ford F-750 vehicles

Ford has recalled certain 2020–2022 Ford Super Duty and 2022 F-750 vehicles due to an increased risk of a crash. The high-pressure fuel pump may fail.

2020–2026 Ford Explorer and 2020–2026 Lincoln Aviator vehicles

Ford has recalled certain 2020–2026 Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator vehicles due to an increased risk of injury in a crash. The seat belt anchors may not be properly secured.

2025 Ford Explorer, 2025 Lincoln Aviator, 2024–2025 Lincoln Nautilus, and 2022–2025 Lincoln Navigator vehicles

Ford has recalled certain 2022–2025 Ford and Lincoln vehicles due to an increased risk of a crash. The vehicles may lose the rearview camera image and certain advanced driver assistance features.

Sangohe has recalled its adult portable bed rails due to a risk of serious injury or death. Users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the mattress, posing an asphyxiation hazard. 

Tuymec Minoxidil Hair Growth Kits, 5% Minoxidil with Biotin Spray

DrHealBeauty has recalled its Tuymec Minoxidil Hair Growth Kits, 5% Minoxidil with Biotin Spray due to a risk of serious injury or death from child poisoning. The packaging is not child-resistant, and young children can be poisoned if they swallow the contents.

Gavoyeat Halloween Light-Up Rings Party Favors

CSZWEICD has recalled its Gavoyeat Halloween Light-Up Rings Party Favors due to a risk of serious injury or death. Children can access the button cell batteries inside the rings, and swallowing them can cause internal chemical burns, serious injuries, or death.

TecFlox has recalled its hair and beard growth serum bottles due to a risk of serious injury or death from child poisoning. The bottles are not child-resistant, and young children can be poisoned if they swallow the minoxidil inside.

HTRC and Haisito T400 Battery Chargers

Huizhou Haitan Technology has recalled its HTRC and Haisito T400 battery chargers due to a risk of serious injury or death. The chargers can ignite or cause a connected battery to ignite, posing a fire hazard.

Universal Broadmoore Bellevue and Oaklynn Canopy Bed Frames

Samson International has recalled its Universal Broadmoore Bellevue and Oaklynn canopy bed frames due to an increased risk of injury. The canopy beams can collapse.

Beestech is recalling its Children’s Spiral Tower Toys due to a risk of serious injury or death. The toy sets contain small balls intended for children under age 3, posing a deadly choking hazard.
