Graco has recalled certain SnugRide Turn & Slide infant car seats, bases, and travel systems due to an increased risk of injury. A structural issue in the base can affect how the seat performs in a crash.

2021–2023 Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition SUVs, and 2022–2023 Ford Super Duty Trucks

Ford has recalled certain 2021–2023 Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition SUVs, along with 2022–2023 Ford Super Duty trucks, due to an increased risk of a crash. The windshield wiper arms may operate erratically or break, which can impair driver visibility. 

Multiple Store-Brand Eye Drops

K.C. Pharmaceuticals has recalled multiple store-brand eye drops due to a risk of injury. The products lack assurance of sterility, which can increase the risk of contamination and potential eye infections. 

2023–2025 Chevrolet Malibu Vehicles

General Motors has recalled certain 2023–2025 Chevrolet Malibu vehicles due to an increased risk of a crash. The rearview camera may display a blank or distorted image, which can reduce the driver’s view behind the vehicle.

SNOOZ has recalled its Breez 2-in-1 Smart Bedroom Fan and White Noise Machine due to a risk of serious injury. The power connector inside the fan can corrode, causing the unit to overheat and posing a fire hazard.

SCUBAPRO has recalled its Monorail Weight Pockets for BCDs due to a risk of serious injury or death. The D-ring handle can detach during use, preventing divers from removing the weight pocket in an emergency and creating a drowning hazard.
