Empower Group suffered a data breach around April 2026, when a threat actor known as DragonForce exfiltrated 316 GB of data. The data breach may have exposed sensitive personal information, including:

NYC Health + Hospitals

NYC Health + Hospitals suffered a data breach between November 25, 2025, and February 11, 2026, when an unauthorized party accessed and copied the data of 1.8 million victims from its network, including:

  • Health insurance information
  • Medical information
  • Biometric information
  • Payment information
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Geolocation data

Texollini 

Texollini recently suffered a data breach between February 16, 2026 to February 18, 2026, an unauthorized party accessed sensitive, peronsal information on its network, including: 

  • Names
  • Social Security numbers
  • Driver's license numbers 
  • U.S. Alien Registration numbers
  • Financial account information

Smith & James, CPAs

Smith & James, CPAs suffered a data breach on March 5, 2026, when an unauthorized party accessed the private information of many individuals, including:

  • Names
  • Social Security numbers
  • Dates of birth
  • Medical information
  • Health insurance information
