Dexcom

Dexcom recently disclosed that on April 29, 2026, Lockton sent an Excel file to three vendors participating in a request for proposals for family-forming benefits for U.S. Dexcom employees, but the file inadvertently included personal information of employees that was not intended to be shared. The information may have included:

  • Employees’ names
  • Social Security numbers
  • Dates of birth
  • Limited benefits election information

iRhythm Holdings

iRhythm Holdings suffered a major data breach in June 2026, when hackers used social engineering to infiltrate third-party-hosted business applications and exfiltrate sensitive patient information. iRhythm provides ambulatory cardiac monitoring and analysis (for example, using the Zio patch) and has reportedly processed over two billion hours of heartbeat data from more than twelve million patients. The compromised data of this data breach may have included:

  • Patient-protected health information (PHI)
  • Personal data
  • Corporate information
