Petco confirmed that it had suffered a security breach that had exposed the personal information of its customers last week. Leaked data may include:

• Bank account numbers
• Credit or debit card information

Optima Tax Relief

Optima Tax Relief detected a serious cybersecurity breach by the Chaos ransomware group in May 2025 that may have exposed highly sensitive customer information of almost 20,000 individuals, including: 

• Internal corporate documents
• Customer case files
• Names
• Social Security numbers
• Home addresses
• Phone numbers
• Financial account data

Davies, McFarland & Carroll 

Davies, McFarland & Carroll suffered a data breach between May 19, 2025, and May 22, 2025, when an unauthorized party accessed and copied certain information from its network.

The data may have involved personal information, including:

• Full Name
• Social Security Number
• Address
• Financial Account Information
• Health Insurance Information
