Ford is recalling nearly 175,000 Expedition and Lincoln Navigator SUVs and F-series pickup trucks due to driving hazards and risks of accidents. The recalled vehicles’ moonroof wind deflectors could detach.

 

Viorele Birth Control Pills

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals recalled almost 27,000 packs of Viorele birth control pills nationwide due to a failure to meet safety and efficacy standards. The birth control may contain unintentional chemical substances or may have broken down from its original form.

WLIVE Fabric Drawer Dressers is recalling its 16-drawer dressers due to a risk of serious injury or death from tip-over and entrapment. The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall.

H-E-B has recalled its 12-Pack Destination Holiday Glow Light Stick Bracelets due to a skin irritation hazard. The green glow stick bracelet within the 12-pack container can leak.

The Kroger Co. is recalling its Halloween-themed skeleton wax candles due to a fire hazard. The candle contains ornaments that are flammable.

Harppa has recalled its 5-in-1 Convertible High Chairs due to a risk of serious injury or death from fall and entrapment hazards. The high chairs were sold without the required attached restraint system, and a child’s head can become trapped in the opening created between the seat and the tray.

YaFiti is recalling its Fabric 12-Drawer Dressers due to a risk of serious injury or death from tip-over and entrapment. The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall.

 

Grundens Youth Clipper 282 and Zenith 282 Jackets

Grundens has recalled its Youth Jackets with Drawstrings due to a strangulation hazard. The drawstring in the hood of the recalled jackets can get caught on objects.

 

2025-2026 Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar and Ranger Crew XP 1000 NorthStar Recreational Off-Road Vehicles

Polaris Industries is recalling its 2025–2026 Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar and Ranger Crew XP 1000 NorthStar Recreational Off-Road Vehicles (ROVs) due to a risk of serious injury from a fire hazard. An improperly routed alternator cable can become damaged and contact the negative battery post, resulting in an electrical short and posing a fire hazard and risk of serious injury.

Modera has recalled its Pack N Play Mattresses due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment. The after-market play yard mattresses may not adequately fit certain play yards. An infant’s face can become trapped against the side and the mattress, preventing the infant from breathing.

Knog is recalling its bicycle lights due to fire and burn hazards. The lithium-ion battery in the bicycle light can overheat and catch fire.

Milwaukee Tool has recalled its M18 FUEL 14" and 12" Top Handle Chainsaws due to a laceration hazard. The recalled chainsaw’s chain brake may not activate.

Werner Paddles is recalling its kayak paddles due to a drowning hazard. The recalled kayak paddles can break during use.

 

Ana Dining Chair

Crate & Barrel recalled its Ana Dining Chairs due to a fall hazard. The fragile legs of the dining chair can break.

 

HOMEAL Children’s Bed Rails

HOMEAL is recalling its children’s bed rails due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment. When installed adjacent to the bed, a child can become entrapped in the openings on the side of the mattress.

 

Blood Pressure Medicine

Teva Pharmaceuticals has recalled its prazosin hydrochloride capsules, used to treat high blood pressure and prostate conditions, due to a risk of cancer. Tests revealed potentially cancer-causing chemicals above acceptable safety limits.

 

Tesla Cybertrucks

Tesla is recalling nearly 6,200 Cybertrucks due to a risk of accident and injury. Tesla used the wrong type of glue for an off-road light bar, which could fall off while driving.

 

My Bladder Supplements

Purity Products recalled its dietary supplement My Bladder due to a risk of exposure to E. coli. Two strains of E. coli have been discovered in the product during testing.

 

Ford Bronco, Lincoln, and Explorer Vehicles

Ford Motor is recalling 163,256 Bronco SUVs for front seats that may have loose bolts, and 56,841 Lincoln and Explorer vehicles due to windshields with visible air bubbles.
