Cubimana has recalled its Island Storm 3-in-1 Building Sets due to a risk of serious injury or death from battery ingestion. The battery compartment within the LED light piece contains button cell batteries that can be easily accessed by children.
2020–2022 Ford Explorer, Ford Escape, Lincoln Aviator, and Lincoln Corsair Vehicles
Ford is recalling more than 615,000 of its 2020–2022 Ford Explorer and Escape models, along with 2020–2022 Lincoln Aviator and Lincoln Corsair vehicles built between July 6, 2020, and Dec. 15, 2021, due to an increased risk of crash. A front windshield wiper motor defect could cause the wipers to operate intermittently or fail entirely, reducing visibility.
Metoprolol Succinate (25, 50, 100, and 200 mg bottles)
Teva Pharmaceuticals has recalled 112,327 bottles of Metoprolol Succinate made in extended-release tablet form due to health risks. The bottles “failed dissolution specifications” that assess how effectively a drug breaks down within the body, whether it delivers the drug to the body at the intended time, and whether it may interact with other consumed substances. The recall was first issued on January 29 and has now been elevated to a Class II recall.
