Hyundai Palisade and Kia Telluride SUVs

Hyundai and Kia are recalling certain Palisade and Telluride SUVs due to the increased risk of injury and/or death. The power-folding, sliding rear seats may fail to detect an occupant. One fatal accident involving a 2-year-old child occurred because of this issue.

2022–2024 Lexus LX SUVs

Toyota has recalled its 2022–2024 Lexus LX SUVs due to an increased risk of injury. The front passenger-side airbag may not deploy correctly in the event of a crash.

2022–2025 Lincoln Navigator, 2024–2025 Lincoln Nautilus, 2025 Lincoln Aviator, and 2025 Ford Explorer SUVs

Ford Motor is recalling 254,640 2022–2025 Lincoln Navigator, 2024–2025 Lincoln Nautilus, 2025 Lincoln Aviator, and 2025 Ford Explorer SUVs due to an increased risk of a crash. A software defect can disable rearview cameras and key driver-assistance safety features, reducing a driver’s ability to detect hazards.

4our Kiddies has recalled its Tip Restraint Kits due to a tip-over hazard and risk of serious injury and death. The recalled plastic tip restraint kits (also referred to as furniture straps) can break or degrade.

Vive Health Bed Rails

Vive Health is recalling its Adult Portable Bed Rails due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and asphyxiation. Users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. Two deaths have been reported.

DuraTrac Stainless Steel Gas Connectors

DuraTrac has recalled its Stainless Steel Gas Connectors due to a fire hazard. The recalled DuraTrac gas connectors contain a manufacturing defect that could cause a gas leak. 

CCCEI Power Strips

Middle Way Electronics is recalling its CCCEI Brand Power Strips due to the risk of serious injury or death from fire. The power strips do not contain supplementary overcurrent protection, which creates a risk of fire if the power strips are overloaded. 

Nomic and Ergonomic Ice Climbing Axes

Petzl America has recalled its Nomic and Ergonomic Ice Climbing Axes due to a fall hazard and a risk of serious injury or death. The ice axe shaft can break at the handle during use.

Metal Wire Bristle Grill Brushes

Nexgrill is recalling over 10.2 million metal wire bristle grill brushes due to an ingestion hazard. Small metal wire bristles can detach from the brushes and stick to the grill or food.

DIY Sauna Heater Kits

DIY Cold Plunge has recalled its Sauna Heater Kits due to a risk of serious injury or death from a fire hazard. Electrical conductors within the sauna heater kits can overheat.

AirClub Convertible Bassinets

AirClub is recalling its Convertible Bassinets due to a risk of serious injury or death from a fall hazard. The mechanism used to attach the product to the adult bed creates an opening between the bedside sleeper and mattress.

Sunnyyes LED Mini Lights

Sunnyyes has recalled its LED Mini Lights due to a risk of serious injury or death from battery ingestion. The lights contain lithium coin batteries that can be accessed easily by children, and the screw used on the remote controls to secure the battery compartments that contain a lithium coin battery does not remain attached.

GLMZZ Fidget Magnet Ball Toys

GLMZZ is recalling its Fidget Magnet Ball Toys due to a risk of serious injury or death from magnet ingestion. The magnet ball toys violate the mandatory standard for toys because they are high-powered magnets that can cause major physical injuries if swallowed.

MPINOI Adult Portable Bed Rails

MPINOI has recalled its Adult Portable Bed Rails due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and asphyxiation. Users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress.

FUNTOK 24V 2-Seater Ride-On Trucks

FUNTOK is recalling its Ride-On Trucks due to fire and burn hazards and a risk of serious injury or death. The truck’s circuit board can overheat and ignite.
