The following product recalls have been announced this week—make sure you’re in the know.

 

2020–2025 Lincoln Aviator SUVs

Ford has recalled nearly 133,000 2020–2025 Lincoln Aviator SUVs because parts can fall off. The rear door window bars and C-pillar trim may not have enough adhesive on them.

 

2023–2025 Honda Pilots

Honda is recalling 184,253 of its 2023–2025 Pilots due to crash hazards where the brake pedal can come loose. The issue stems from a brake-pedal pivot pin that wasn't properly staked during the production process.

 

Peg Perego Tatamia 3-in-1 Recliner, Swings, and High Chairs

Peg Perego is recalling its Tatamia 3-in-1 Recliners, Swings, and High Chairs due to a risk of suffocation.  They were marketed for infant sleep but have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees in violation of the Infant Sleep Products Rule and Safe Sleep for Babies Act.

 

Vevor Single Post Handrails

Sanven Technology has recalled its Vevor Handrails due to an injury hazard. The handrails’ welding can break while a consumer is holding onto the handrail when stepping down a flight of stairs.

 

Boyro Baby Walkers

Boyro has recalled its Baby Walkers due to a risk of serious injury or death to children from a fall hazard. They can fit through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step as required by law. In addition, the baby walkers’ brake pads contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban.

 

LED Fireplace Lanterns

Green Pastures Wholesale has recalled its imported LED Fireplace Lanterns due to a risk of serious injury or death from ingestion hazard. The lithium coin battery in the remote control can be accessed easily by children.

 

Bell Sports Bicycle Helmets

Bell Sports is recalling its Bicycle Helmets due to a risk of head injury. The helmets can fail to protect the user in the event of a crash.

 

Shoulder Relief Saddle Cinches

Total Saddle Fit has recalled its Western Saddle Cinches due to fall and injury hazards. The cinch can come apart and cause the saddle to fall off.

 

DR Power LiPRO Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery Packs (5.0 Ah)

DR Power has recalled its Lithium-Ion Battery Packs due to fire and burn hazards. The recalled battery packs can short-circuit and ignite.

 

California Gold Nutrition Iron Supplements: Daily Prenatal Multi, Ultamins Women’s Multivitamin, and Ultamins Women’s 50+ Multivitamin

iHerb has recalled its bottles and blister packs of California Gold Nutrition Iron Supplements due to a risk of serious Injury or death from child poisoning. The iron-containing dietary supplement packages violate the federal standard for child-resistant packaging because the bottles and blister packs are not child-resistant.

 

Converta Camping Cots and Converta Camping Suspension Stretchers

The Coleman Company is recalling all Converta Camping Cots and Converta Camping Suspension Stretchers due to laceration and amputation hazards. The backrest fold mechanism can pinch consumers’ fingers.

 

Mercedes AMG One Hypercars

Mercedes has recalled most AMG One Hypercars over a fire risk. The active rear spoiler’s hydraulic line may be missing a pin lock, which could cause hydraulic fluid to leak and ignite on nearby hot components.
