Walgreens Saline Nasal Spray with Xylitol (45mL)

Walgreens has recalled 41,328 bottles of its own brand’s Saline Nasal Spray with Xylitol due to a possible bacterial contamination. The nasal spray may be contaminated with pseudomonas lactis, a bacterium that causes dairy products to spoil. 

2021–2024 Kia K5 and 2020-2023 Hyundai Sonata Vehicles

Hyundai and Kia are recalling more than 335,000 midsize sedans equipped with turbocharged engines, specifically the 2021–2024 Kia K5 and 2020-2023 Hyundai Sonata models, due to an increased fire risk. A discovered issue can cause the fuel tank to expand and melt.

KTEBO Writing Tablet Toy

KTEBO has recalled its Writing Tablet Toys due to a risk of serious injury or death from battery ingestion. The screw used to secure the battery compartment that contains a button cell battery does not remain attached as required by law.

Cubimana Treehouse Building Toy Sets

Shein by Vatos Toys has recalled its Cubimana Building Toy Sets due to a risk of serious injury or death from battery ingestion. The battery compartment within the LED light piece contains button cell batteries that can be easily accessed by children.

Little Pea Shop Crib Bumpers

Little Pea Shop has recalled its Crib Bumpers due to a risk of serious injury or death from suffocation. The recalled crib bumpers can obstruct an infant’s breathing, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to suffocation. This creates an unsafe sleeping environment for infants.

FUFU&GAGA White Wood Frame Queen Size Murphy Wall Beds

Ningbo Tianqi Electronic is recalling its FUFU&GAGA Murphy Wall Beds due to impact and laceration hazards. During assembly or disassembly, the 215-pound frame of the wall bed can fall onto consumers.

Casaottima 13-Drawer Dressers

Casaottima has recalled its 13-Drawer Dressers due to a risk of serious injury or death from tip-over and entrapment hazards. The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall.

14-ounce Children’s Sport Tumbler

HydroJug is recalling its 14-ounce Children’s Sport Tumblers due to a choking hazard. The rivets on the handle can come loose, causing the handle to detach.

G0815 15” 3HP Heavy-Duty Planers

Grizzly Industrial has recalled its Heavy-Duty Planers due to impact and laceration hazards. The chip breaker can contact the cutterhead blades during use, which can cause debris to be ejected from the planer.

CreateOn Crayola-branded Pip Cubes

CreateOn is recalling its Crayola-branded  Pip Cubes due to a risk of serious injury or death from magnet ingestion hazard. The recalled magnetic building cubes contain magnets that can become loose if the seams separate. 

Primark Water Balloon Pump

Primark US has recalled its Primark Water Balloon Pumps due to an injury hazard. The water balloon pump can generate excessive pressure during use, causing the product to rupture.

MyOnlyStyler Root Booster Hair Dryers

McLee Creations is recalling its MyOnlyStyler Root Booster Hair Dryers due to a risk of serious injury or death from electrocution and shock hazards. The handheld hair dryers lack an immersion protection device.

Ebern Designs Ojaswi 12-Drawer Dressers

Ebern Designs has recalled its Ojaswi 12-Drawer Dressers due to a risk of serious injury or death from tip-over and entrapment. The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall.

2025 Nissan Sentra Sedans

Nissan is recalling 41,797 of its 2025 Sentra sedans due to an increased risk of a crash. The windshields may have visible air bubbles within the glass that affect driver visibility.

Mulistrada’s Achilles ATR Sport 2 Tires

Mulistrada has recalled its Achilles ATR Sport 2 tires due to an increased risk of a crash. The Tire Identification Number (TIN) is too long and may prevent owners from receiving a recall notice.

Stellantis is recalling 72,509 Ram vehicles in the U.S. due to an increased risk of a crash. A software glitch in the instrument panel display can cause the screen to go blank.

Rivian Electric Vehicles

Rivian Automotive is recalling 34,824 electric delivery vehicles in the U.S. due to an increased risk of injury during a crash. The seat belt system may fail to properly restrain the driver.

Ozark has recalled its Trail Tabletop 1-Burner Butane Camping Stoves due to serious burn and fire hazards. The stoves can explode or catch fire.

Outdoor Master Children’s and Youth Helmets

Outdoor Master is recalling its Children’s and Youth Helmets due to a risk of serious injury or death from head injury. The helmets can fail to protect the user in the event of a crash, posing a risk of injury or death due to head injury.

Baby High Chairs (convertible)

Rotinyard has recalled its Convertible High Chairs due to a risk of serious injury or death from fall and entrapment hazards. They were sold without the required attached restraint system, and a child’s head can become trapped in the opening between the seat and tray.

Sofoliana and Glotika is recalling its Baby Loungers due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and fall hazards. The sides are too low to contain an infant, and the enclosed openings at the foot of the loungers are wider than allowed. In addition, the baby loungers do not have a stand. 

Vivohome Adult Portable Bed Rails

Vivohome has recalled its Adult Portable Bed Rails due to a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and asphyxiation hazards. When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress, and the bed rails do not bear the required hazard warning labels.

Ikuso Safety Gates

Ikuso is recalling its Safety Gates due to a risk of serious injury or death to children from entrapment. A child’s torso can fit through the opening between the gate slat and the side wall.
