Morgan & Morgan Is Investigating the Data Breach at Next Level Financial Partners That May Have Exposed the Personal Information of Over 160,000 People

Morgan & Morgan’s industry-leading data privacy attorneys are investigating Next Level Financial Partners, a Pennsylvania-based debt settlement company, following reports of a significant data breach. Next Level Financial Partners operates under the name “Century Support Services.” According to filings made with the Maine Attorney General’s Office, the breach may have impacted the personal information of more than 160,000 individuals. It is currently unknown whether the stolen data has been sold or leaked online, but this type of information could be used in identity theft, fraud, and scams.
