Meet Tomas Joseph Ross
Tomas Ross believes in justice at any cost. He grew up in the small farming town of Chowchilla, California. With hard work, determination, and some good luck, he became the first person in his entire family tree to attend college.
After law school, Tomas spent the first 15 years of his legal career working for large auto insurance companies that did whatever it took to minimize the recovery of injured victims. He had tremendous success in the defense industry, winning awards, taking cases to trial, and climbing the corporate ladder, and eventually managed a team of 15 trial lawyers. He gave everything he had, but received very little in return. Eventually, it became clear that he was not fulfilling his calling.
Now, Tomas represents injured victims and is dedicated to maximizing his clients’ recovery and restoring their lives. He understands how insurance companies think and work, and he will use his unique experience and knowledge to help you.
Tomas is dedicated to his craft. He has handled all types of catastrophic injury lawsuits, conducted thousands of depositions, settled thousands of cases and has earned jury trial verdicts in San Diego, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, Ventura, Kern, Tulare, Fresno, Merced and San Joaquin counties. In his first year as a plaintiff’s attorney, he recovered almost $15,000,0000 in jury verdicts and settlements.
In 2024, Tomas was admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA membership is the highest honor bestowed upon select trial lawyers. In 2026, he was elected to the board of the ABOTA San Joaquin Valley chapter.
Tomas is also an active member of CAALA and CAOC. In 2025, he was elected to the board of the Central Valley Trial Lawyers Association because he is a natural in the courtroom and loves the litigation process.
