The City of Middletown, Ohio, suffered a major cyberattack in August 2025 that disrupted many of its computer systems for months. City officials have yet to disclose the types of personal information compromised in the cyberattack, but the breach may have involved the following data of Middletown residents:

• Social Security Number
• Home Address
• Medical Information or Health Insurance Information

Goglia Nutrition / FuturHealth, Inc.

Goglia Nutrition, also known as FuturHealth, Inc., has confirmed that unauthorized access to its networks had occurred in October 2024 and may have exposed certain customer information, including:

• Customer Names
• Details Submitted Through Subscription Accounts
