Meet Tyler Jolley
Tyler Jolley is a trial attorney who focuses on truck accidents and catastrophic injury cases arising from commercial vehicle crashes.
Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Tyler spent more than a decade defending trucking companies, motor carriers, transportation companies, and their insurers in high-stakes personal injury litigation across the country. His practice focused heavily on trucking and transportation matters, including catastrophic injury claims, wrongful death cases, and complex accident investigations. Through this work on the defense side, Tyler gained significant insight into how serious trucking cases are investigated, defended, and resolved.
Today, Tyler brings that experience to advocate for individuals and families who have been seriously injured. Tyler’s background defending motor carriers gives him a unique understanding of the transportation industry, federal safety regulations, and the issues that commonly arise in serious injury litigation involving commercial vehicles.
