Meet Sam Korab
Samuel Korab is a dedicated and accomplished attorney with a strong background in litigation and a passion for helping individuals and businesses seek justice. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Sam earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from Lehigh University before going on to receive his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 2015. His academic journey gave him a strong foundation in analytical thinking, which he now applies to complex legal matters with precision and care.
Sam began his legal career representing homeowners facing mortgage foreclosure, advocating for their rights through both trial and appeal. He later transitioned into personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, where he represented medical providers under Florida’s no-fault insurance laws. He continued this path of advocating for the people by representing homeowners in first-party insurance claims related to hurricanes and property damage, helping them secure compensation from insurers who denied or underpaid valid claims.
Building on his litigation experience, Sam turned his focus to construction law, representing contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in a wide range of disputes. He is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar, an achievement held by fewer than 500 attorneys statewide. Now, as part of the Business Trial Group at Morgan & Morgan, Sam uses his deep knowledge of construction law to represent homeowners, condo owners, and associations in cases involving substandard and defective construction. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, and you’ll often find him boxing, reading, camping, or hiking in his free time.
