Meet Oscar R. Roesler

Oscar R. Roesler is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience handling complex civil litigation. Early in his career, he tried both criminal and civil cases, ultimately prevailing in disputes involving commercial contracts, real estate, defamation, and defective products. For the past two decades, his practice has been dedicated primarily to personal injury and medical malpractice.

Mr. Roesler has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients and has played a role in shaping California law. Two of his cases led to published appellate decisions that set important legal precedents. Notably, he also served as trial counsel in a matter that was granted certiorari by the United States Supreme Court.

Raised by a hardworking single mother, Mr. Roesler found his calling in the law as early as ninth grade, when a mock trial sparked a passion for advocacy and justice that continues to drive him today.
