Mohammed Saleh

Trial Attorney
(949) 898-6519

Mohammed Saleh is a seasoned workers’ compensation attorney at Morgan & Morgan, where he advocates for injured workers across California. He began his legal career on the defense side, spending over a decade representing insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers. Through this work, he gained invaluable insight into the strategies and systems used to challenge claims—knowledge he now uses to effectively anticipate and counter those same tactics on behalf of his clients. Mohammed brings depth and foresight to every case he handles, from claim evaluation and medical-legal strategy to trials and appeals.

Mohammed earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. During and after law school, he volunteered extensively with legal aid clinics in both Los Angeles and Orange Counties, helping underserved communities navigate complex legal issues. Since transitioning to represent injured workers, he has appeared before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board throughout the state, providing clear, strategic counsel and securing favorable outcomes. His colleagues often rely on his ability to simplify complex medical and legal information into guidance that helps move cases forward efficiently and keeps clients informed every step of the way.

Mohammed enjoys spending time with his family outside the office along the Southern California coast. Whether exploring hiking trails, relaxing at the beach, or sampling the latest coffee spots in Orange County, he finds balance in staying active and engaged with his community. This grounded lifestyle fuels the empathetic, results-driven advocacy he brings to each client he serves.
